This was our first visit, when we first came into our room, the toilet was clogged. The pool times needs to be longer and should have a set time instead of saying dusk/dawn. Also, we do believe that it would be incredibly beneficial to have either an elevator or a large ramp to get to the second floor for people with disabilities. But other than that, our stay was really good, and our sleep was great. The room, pillows, and blankets were cold for a great sleep after a hot day. The people in the front office are incredibly kind and extremely helpful. Overall, we did enjoy our stay!

We werent aware there wasnt an elevator and needed a first floor room. The only one available was extremely small and next to the laundry room and stairs, both of which were very noisy. I am a plus sized woman and had a difficult time in the bathroom (toilet was really close to the sink cabinet and toilet paper roll). I feel like i paid for a king size room and got a small studio.

We needed a place to stay for an early flight out of Miami. The hotel is conveniently located, you will get to Miami International in less than 10 minutes. The hotel has a nice restaurant on site. Our big issue was, the air conditioning in the room ran non-stop. Whether you set it to "ON" or "AUTO". The room never got really cool, we both woke up sweating.

Rooms were very musty. As were the hallways to get to the rooms. No breakfast was included, and I would recommend walking next-door to McDonald’s rather than the breakfast in the hotel that you can buy. The hotel was very cute. The pool area was great. But the mustiness of the room really downgraded the experience.

Be prepared to be charged for every little thing. Some of it doesn’t make sense, such as $335 “facility” fee. Exorbitant parking fee and other small charges that add up. Will never return here.

Room was gross. Hair in the bed, pillows stained with only God knows what. Since we arrived late evening we had no other options. We slept with our clothes on on top of the blankets. Run away from this property.

Our room needs a good cleaning! The carper was sticky! Tiny shampoo/conditioner bottles, barely enough for two! Furniture in room was in very poor condition. Fine for a stay before our cruise.
