Only about a 15 minute wait for airport pick-up, courteous & gave us miami shuttle info to get from hotel to port for $12 . Room was clean there is a bar & grill in hotel with excellent burgers.

Pool pretty at night. Make to extend checkout 2 hrs for $22. Quiet. Wish there was mini fridge.

The transportation from the airport is terrible and the staff really was not very friendly and the bed was awful.

The shuttle service is terrible. I saw most of the other hotel shuttles go by 2 or 3 times while I waited over an hour. Staff not friendly.
