This was our first visit, when we first came into our room, the toilet was clogged. The pool times needs to be longer and should have a set time instead of saying dusk/dawn. Also, we do believe that it would be incredibly beneficial to have either an elevator or a large ramp to get to the second floor for people with disabilities. But other than that, our stay was really good, and our sleep was great. The room, pillows, and blankets were cold for a great sleep after a hot day. The people in the front office are incredibly kind and extremely helpful. Overall, we did enjoy our stay!

The staff at the check-in counter was very nice and helpful. The room itself was fine. The breakfast offered at the on-site restaurant was $12 for just a hotel breakfast. Should have been free like other hotels offer. It definitely wasn’t anything worth $12.

This hotel is in a convenient location from the airport, cruise terminal and shopping. There’s also a free shuttle from the airport, and to the cruise terminal @ a fee. The room was extremely small but ok for a one night stay.

Quick stay before cruise

The stay was for one night before a cruise. I liked that the hotel had a shuttle you could pay for to the cruise port! The airport shuttle took a while but we appreciated having the choice of it. We didn’t really get to enjoy anything as our flight was delayed and we got to the hotel very late into the early morning hours. It was nice for a quick stay and then off to a cruise.

This hotel was a total disappointment. I didn’t sleep all night. The neighbors across the way were in and out of their room all night slamming their door. The person next to us was screaming at 3 AM on her phone. People were slamming things and running up and down the hallway. We could hear people getting ice at the ice machine all night or kids playing with it . It was the worst hotel experience ever . I didn’t sleep all night needless to say I had to get up for 3:30 AM . I contacted Expedia to contact the hotel if I could get some kind of compensation the hotel denied any kind of refund!! I would never stay here again
