Great stay!

This hotel is very nice, comfortable and clean. The pool area was great, a little noisy with the planes flying overhead but it didn’t bother us. Everything was very clean, great free breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel itself was fine. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good in the lobby. The lobby is on the second floor which is a bit different but not a big deal. They only had one working elevator so we had to wait a while for the elevator but again not a big deal. However, the transportation to and from the cruise terminal was horrible. The transportation there was fine. They made us wait on the ground level and we left exactly at the time we were told. Coming back from our cruise was a nightmare. They gave us these stickers to wear on our shirt which indicated we paid for their services. We got off the ship and I called the number on the sticker. The lady said “he” would be there in about 12- 15 mins at terminal F10. So we drag all our stuff to that terminal pick up spot and wait the 15 mins. 20 mins goes by and we don’t see “him.” I call the number back and she tells me “he” will be there in 10 mins. Another 10 mins? Ok, fine. An hour goes by and we’re still waiting for this guy. Then the lady starts texting me and says “the driver is Patricia.” Now the driver is a lady and will be there in 10 mins. Ugh!! We’ve already been waiting for over an hour. Us and our 3 kids were tired, hungry, hot. At that point, I call the number again and she tells me she’s entering the terminal now. So we look and again don’t see “her” and I tell the lady to cancel this service and refund my money. There are taxis waiting there now to take us back to our hotel. Never again!

It doesnt feel safe outside of the hotel, due to right off highway with lots of foot traffic. But the hotel itself is quiet inside, they are still not using room key to access the elevator, which can pose a potential safety issues when anybody from the street can access it.
