The room was spotless and the staff (there was only one when we checked in) was very efficient and the check-in process was seamless. We were allowed to go to the room as it was ready about 11 am. The hotel was very quiet. We were also thankful that there is a restaurant on the premises. Our flight was canceled we were happy to get a room at the hotel. Thanks to the Travelocity staff, you really came through for us. We appreciated it.

This facility is in poor condition. The entire building needs to be refurbished. Bathroom doors don't close. Luggage carts in disrepair. Leaky faucets.

Our stay was not good we did not know the hotel didn’t have heat and both of our rooms was really cold! Know one told us the hotel didn’t have heat before we rent the rooms! We ask for a refund we couldn’t get our money back cause we gone through a third party!

I regret to say that my experience was not a positive one. The bathroom was never cleaned during our stay, even from the first day. Moreover, the reception staff was unprofessional and seemed uninterested in assisting guests, which made the stay uncomfortable. In addition, we were charged for parking despite the lack of available spaces and were instructed to park on the grass, in an area clearly marked as not a parking spot.
