The rooms and furniture needed repair ALL of it. the head bords had writing on it done with a cutting tool. place was dirty. customer service very rude to almost all the clients Day shift and night shift. AC at a uncomfortable warm setting.

My stay at the Clarion Inn & Suites was disappointing from the start. Upon arrival, I was surprised by additional fees, including a nightly parking charge that was not clearly communicated during booking. The room itself was not clean. The air vents appeared as though they hadn’t been professionally cleaned in years, and the room had a strong mildew odor — likely due to poor air duct maintenance. The air conditioning was barely functional, making the room uncomfortably warm throughout the stay. The bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable, and the entire room felt old, dated, and poorly maintained. Overall, it was not an enjoyable experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.
