The beds were comfortable and clean. It was also quiet (we were there from 10PM until 3AM). There was trash in the elevator, loud people drinking a lot in the lobby, the room had rips in the carpet and something wrong with the tub floor. When checking out, there was no one at the desk. A security guard out front, who spoke no English, got on his walkie talkie to call someone who told me to leave my keys on the counter and walk down the street to the other hotel to get a shuttle.
