Property and interior were outdated. Room was filthy. No-one cleaned the room after calling two days in a row. Trash still in the trash cans. Phone in the room didn’t work. Had to personally walk across the street to receive service. Requested towels twice before we received them. Which we had to go get because no one came after the third attempt. Also tried to charge $70 to check in early at 2:30. Ended up leaving to grab lunch instead to avoid the fee. I would never stay with them again. Definitely learned my lesson.

Check was super easy. Front desk person was courteous and efficient. But the property is very rundown. Carpet in the hall worn out and dirty. Carpet in the room very worn out to the point of being frayed. Plaster falling out of the wall from moisture. Bathroom door broken. Mirror in the bathroom very worn out and dirty. Very poor housekeeping. Worn out bed linen. Tea kettle was rusty. Old Worn out refrigerator. Old wall unit AC. The entire hotel needs a lot of repair and maintenance. The room was spacious.

Really unfortunate that the owner has not kept the room clean. Very dirty with dried food stuck to the walls, garbage swept under the bathroom vanity, dirty fridge, stained bedding and the list goes on
