Had a great restaurant on property that was open late. Rooms were big but a little dated. Good value and good location. Would stay there again.

Great Value

Lake Louise Inn was a a great value for our stay (one night). On site restaurant was actually pretty good, the rooms were clean, etc. Older facility, no elevators, etc., but still a nice, clean place to stay at a fair rate.

Dear Mark, Thanks for the detailed review on your recent stay with us. We're happy you had an enjoyable visit and found value in your room in comparison to other options nearby. We do have some renovations starting in a few weeks to help address the age of the hotel, we sure hope we can welcome you back once those are complete. Thanks again for your time in providing feedback and helping us improve our operations.

Beautiful setting with chairs scattered about

Pros: The setting and the location with attached restaurants in Lake Louise
Cons: Elevators in your buildings would be nice so we don't have to haul our luggage up and down. They do offer assistance but not as convenient.
Beautiful setting and convenient restaurants in Lake Louise. We opened a bottle of wine and cut some cheese and put our lawn chairs on the lawn and kicked back after a wonderful day in Banff National Park. The italian restaurant was GREAT and convenient!

Nice accomodation without a lobby

Pros: The room and staff.
Cons: A shuttle cart for bus arrival guests. And please, finish the real lobby!😀
Location: Very limited if you don't ski and with the trails snow/ice packed in early May.
Hotel was great except for the current lack of a real lobby during remodeling. Access to lobby was around back through what looked like a service entrance, down stairs to a construction zone to the back. Once done with checkin (lugging our bags the whole way) out the back, up some more stairs and on to our building. After that everything was great...oh, except for finding the restaurants through more construction zones (with accompanying noise during breakfast), and no pool (season changeover). Staff great; manager super helpful in blending our two separate reservations into one stay, and the room (queen studio?) fantastic. Good food, great views.

Pros: It's in an excellent location, and the staff are informative and helpful in every way.
Cons: Having an elevator in Building Four would be very helpful
Location: Beautiful Lake Louise, and Lake Moraine as well. If one likes to hike it's the perfect area. The scenery is spectacular.
The view from the hotel is spectacular. Beds are comfortable, and room nice and clean.

Great location in Lake Louise Village.

Cons: The restaurant was closed for a private party, so we ate dinner at the Pub. Friendly staff, but the food wasn't very good.
Just a short walk to shops and the visitor center. Nice setting for the hotel, and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck of our room.

Horrible experience

Make sure you don't get a room in building 1 that overlooks the pool area. The rooms have no air conditioning and since the rooms face indoors there is no way to cool them. The fans they give you will not cool the room. So our room never cooled down at night and was unbearably hot. The room was very small with 2 queen beds.

Dear Dennis, I am terribly sorry to hear that your stay with us did not meet the expectations you had when you reserved with us. Unfortnately, there is a limitation to the amount of renovations we can complete operating in a National Park. I can assure you we are not the only hotel in the area that experiences this issue. We do our best to accomodate our guests otherwise, however we clearly we're unable to do so during your stay with us. We truly appreciate your feedback as it will only help us grow and better serve our future guests. I hope you will reconsider us next time your in the area, as we'd love the opportunity to atone for your previous stay. We certainly will put you in another room type in another section of our hotel to better suit your needs. Hope this helps and if there is anything else you can add to help us grow, please don't hestiate to contact us.

Nice restaurant, older hotel

Nice pizza place and lounge/pub. Great food. Decent pool. Very hot hot tub. Rooms and decor are old and tired. Nicer newer, heavy black out drapes. Had French doors to a patio. Bathroom has pedestal sink. Nice local.
