Clogged toilets. We called staff and they did not do anything for 2 hours. Got the room changed after a lot of argument but the attitude staff gave us there was terrible

The place is conveniently located with plenty of food options nearby and ample parking space. What’s even better is that it comes with a mini kitchen equipped with a microwave, heater, plates, cutlery, toaster, and a mini fridge. We spent our day trekking 2 trails in Canmord so we dont have the chance to swim in their pool.

We booked the facility because it had a pool which was closed during our stay. They should notify their clients with that info. As other alternatives may have been possible. The last time I sat on a toilet that low was on a train from St. Petersburg to Moscow! Very uncomfortable

We had an excellent 5 day stay at Canmore Inn and Suites. Excellent location, easy walk to anywhere. The pool and hottub are very small but perfect for children with a very fun water slide. The pool went down while we were there but the hotel worked hard to get things back and running as quick as possible. We enjoyed the complimentary 24 hr coffee, tea and water station as well as the complimentary apples. Bianca at the front desk was so helpful at check in helping us book tours and acquainting us with this precious town and all that it has to offer. Planning already for our next stay.
