This place is so gross. Took my fiance here as we were doing a snowboard trip (this was a christmas present) and I was beyond embarrassed to have this as a gift. Pictures are deceiving thats for sure. It's out dated, the beds were very hard and squeeky, the bathroom was disgusting and we didnt even bother showering, the room walls are paper thin. Can hear word for word every conversation out in the hall, kids running up and down screaming. I get the place is next to a train track as well, but my GOD is it loud! constantly woke up throughout the night. The pool was jammed packed and couldnt even swim. Just saw a post on facebook that 11 kids got severly ill from their pool. Apparently chlorine poisoning! apparently this isn't the first time either. Do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

Bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Only booked because of the slide for the kids and while the slide wasnt under construction the hot tub below it was so they refused to allow anyone to use the slide. Breakfast was ok but you pay for it. Front desk staff were kind.

We were reaslly disappointed that the hot tub was closed for maintenance. That was not mentioned when we booked. The hot tub is why we booked the hotel for after our day of skiing So that kinda ruined our weekend

The room was stifling hot, hours after we turned off the heat. We had to leave the window open, but the hotel also sits on busy railroad tracks which kept us up most of the night. I wouldn't stay here again
