We had an updated room with mountain view! The breakfast buffet is excellent and the pool/hot tub was clean and not too busy! The sheets were a bit scratchy, and the plumbing needs work in the bathroom.

Staff was very kind, night staff was really friendly and in accomadating me after a vehicle issue of my own during travel and very late check in..but the rooms, black mold in the shower along with orange mold (have photos) i have COPD, black mold is not good for anyone let alone someone with preexisting health issues..i could not shower! Rooms are very beat up and need to be shut down, cleaned and renovated..$300 to stay in mold..toilet was not bolted down, i sat down and it tipped and splashed water, causing me to almost fall off..absolutely NO parking anywhere except neighboring businesses..being at risk to be towed..then at 715 kids were running and yelling up and down the hallways, sounded like stonping loud..so late check in, no sleep, no shower, parking blocks away in heavy snow and winter conditions..this warrants a refund!

I had a great stay at this Canmore hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the $9 breakfast was excellent and great value, and the hotel is surrounded by beautiful mountain views. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I faced zero issues during my 3-night stay and would happily stay here again.

I paid in Oct for the Christmas room. Due to lack of clarity on this point. the staff made me anxious that i had to wait to see if it went through or if I'd have to fight a double charging because of the lack of communication, of this paid account, on a computer system at your end. A lovely Christmas stay left me with a great deal of anxiety. Ruining the mood temporarily, I was hoping for my cousin visiting from ON. It wasn't Lucy, the staff but her pedantic replies were not helping deal with this it was you, your computer input staff, your computer program and the lack of clarity around a simple Paid account that messed it up for me...Waiting til today to find out if WE had a snafu on my hands was really rotten!!! Merry Christmas!!!
