We enjoyed our stay as a family this weekend! The unit was clean, comfy and a homelike atmosphere! Samsara was easy to deal with and answered any issue we had promptly! We used the outdoor BBQ and the pool & hot tub on the premise! Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Canmore!!

Staff was friendly, unit was spacious and cozy sleeping 8 people comfortable. We did not use hot tub or pool. There was very little mountain view from the unit itself. You could see the top of one mountain if you sit outside. Unit was in Good shape although we were not able to use the washing machine due to a broken door for the soap dispenser, we let management know and they quickly replied and was sending maintenance to repair. Beds are comfy. excellent communication. We will definitely stay again.

The property states that it sleeps 8, but it is very small and the dinning table only accommodates 6 maximum. There would be room to sleep 8 if you use the pullout sofa, but it would be very crowded with 8 adults. We only had 4 adults and one 3 year old and it was cozy. The room had not been cleaned or sanitized by 4 p.m. check in, but the host was very prompt at calling in cleaning staff. We were asked to vacate the room for 1.5 hours to give the cleaner more time to clean. We were disappointed. We were offered a 250 compensation.

The property is clean and has lots of towels. The building is out favorite in Canmore due to location and the pool/hot tubs. I recommended a few improvements to the host: board games, cookie sheets, etc. minor things to make a stay more comfortable. I tried to submit a request to amend my reservation more than 2 weeks prior to check in and it was completely ignored. I did not receive a response at all, despite multiple submissions. They send you a lot of emails during your stay, but I assume those are all auto generated. They also did not reply to my email with feedback and suggestions.

Comfy beds, good amenities, quiet location - highly recommend

We stayed together as two couples and found the unit perfect for our needs. It was nice to have a garage (although spaces are very tight) with the ability to wash off one's car when needed. Kitchen amenities were what we needed. The bathrooms were well stocked, although the towels were a bit underwhelming. The bedding was very nice, and the mattresses were more comfortable than expected. The pool and hot tubs were a short distance from the condo and mostly an indoor walk. The showers had excellent pressure, and management was good about checking in to see if we needed anything. The WiFi worked well, and the view outside, although limited by other parts of the building and other buildings, was nice as well.The complex was pretty quiet overall, but it gets busier on weekends, and people who tend to walk heavily can be a bother when in the unit above. Thankfully, that was only for us on the weekends. Hopefully, this will serve as a reminder to others who may not consider how their heavy steps may sound to others below in the future. )We would stay here again for sure!
