There’s a lot of great things about the Banff Aspen: renovated rooms, comfy beds, Nespresso in the rooms, super close to walk to downtown, hot tub and steam room, great coffee shop in the lobby, and to top it off, the breakfast is really great. There aren’t many hotels where the breakfast has a cheery staff that bring coffee to your table, where there’s fresh jams and butter on the table, and where it’s kept clean and organized in real time. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nice outdoor amenities and good location. Rooms are just ok with basic updates. There isn’t enough parking for number of rooms, and larger vehicles are a challenge. Coffee shop on site was convenient with friendly staff. Lots of tour groups made it feel like a hostel at times. I mistook the exceptional reviews for a higher end hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very conveniently located. The cafe in the lobby was excellent. Lending library was a nice touch. Bed and bedding very comfortable and cozy.

It is so easy access to everything. We did a lot of hiking and the hotel’s location is easy access to restaurants, shops and even the trails, gondola ride. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast is great and wonderful, cheerful servers. The hot tub and steam room is also a nice plus. Great way to have unwind after our hikes. Highly recommend.

The staff went above and beyond to make a reservation for us when we were having an issue. He literally spent hours on the computer and then finally called the owner of the company and made sure we had accommodations!
