We enjoyed our stay at the Banff Aspen Lodge. The location was good and the parking was free and easy (even for our large vehicle). The rooms were spacious and well provisioned. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good, although a bit crowded at times. We liked the free coffee offer at the Whitebark cafe if you didn't need the daily housekeeping (a small but thoughtful touch). The hot tubs and sauna were welcome after a day of skiing. We would definitely stay here again.

The outdoor hot tubs were lovely and the rustic vibe of the hotel was on point. The complimentary breakfast was so convenient and the staff was helpful and kind. We loved our little corner room with the great view and the large shower was great for two people. My only complaint was that the hot tub closed at 10pm which was really disappointing after coming back from a late dinner.

Outdoor hot tub, sauna and steam room were excellent. Cleanliness of rooms was great. Breakfast was great and had lots of choice as well.
