Room was great! Comfortable mattress and pillows. Loved the toiletries stocked in the room (Rocky Soap products). The only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 was due to noise. The walls are very thin and you hear EVERYTHING. Very loud people at 12 am, 2:30 am, 5:30 am. Bring earplugs. Having The Keg in the lobby was a big plus. Didn’t need to leave the lodge to eat, had dinner and breakfast there, which was amazing food and service!

My room was ready and clean upon arrival. Front office staff was friendly and helpful. They helped hold my skis for me when the airline delivered them to the hotel due to an airline delay in the skis arriving. The room was made up daily and cleaning staff was friendly and thorough. The hot pools were nice but the jets weren’t working which would have been nicer. I received a $15 Canadian food credit daily that was able to be used at various restaurants including the in house restaurant, The Keg, which was amazing.
