Had to change rooms twice. Chlorine level in pool was excessively high it was so bad your eyes would burn and you could taste the chlorine . Staff refused to help. First room had window frozen open. Front desk staff didn’t want to assist and tried to use the excuse of too many bathers. It was bad enough they had to close the pool. Staff is dishonest and I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay there till they fix their issues. Asked for a manager and no one would connect with us. More to say but will leave it at that for now

Staff efficient. Room clean. The room i stayed in was down the hall from the hot pool. The smell of chlorine made my eye very watery. Parking was not available, had to park 4 blocks away. A little disappointed.

Our stay at the hotel was overall great! The place is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are polite and very helpful. We were assigned a room on the first floor, conveniently located just in front of the hot pool and spa. However, we noticed a strong smell of chlorine inside our room, likely coming from the pool area. Room service is complimentary when ordering from The Keg, which was a nice bonus. The only downside is that the hotel is quite far from downtown and nearby restaurants, so getting around might require a bit of planning. Despite that, we really enjoyed our stay — a great hotel with excellent service and cleanliness!

Recently stayed here on a Saturday night. Booked here as free parking included and the keg restaurant was on site. Check in went ok. Keep in mind the parking is free, but parkade was small and limited stalls. Many couldn’t park here as it filled fast and early. We got the last stall at 5:30 pm. Planned to eat at the keg for supper. Got a message that the bar wasn’t going to be open due to Reno’s. They said cans were an option. No thanks. We went and found another great restaurant. We also booked here for the spa and free hot pool. Spa was super expensive and sold out early. Went to use the hot pool. No towels available for guests, even though it says to not bring room towels down. Trying to find a staff member or phone to call for towels was none existent. Many had to leave soaking wet. Room was quiet and the whole hotel smelled of wood burning, which is nice smell to me. Overall not bad, just be careful during high times as they may not have staff to stay ahead of things.

Everything is good but the VIP benefits ($15/day) are not useful since the onsite restaurant is kind of expensive so you will end up spending much more.

Front desk staff were very helpful :) Our room was very clean beds were comfy. Hot tub was great but the jets were out of service. Free underground parking a plus and also provided free bus passes. It’s a bit of a walk downtown but doable. Definitely will stay here again.

Our room was clean, staff were very courteous and helpful. They provided bus passes to my husband and myself during our stay as the hotel is a 10 minute walk from downtown. We enjoyed a lovely room that provided a beautiful view of the mountains. It is a hotel that we would stay at again.
