Hotel located in the Center of Banff. Close to everything you need, if you don’t drive, there’s shuttle bus station at front of the resort. This is the second time we stayed at Tunnel mountain resort. Hotel staff was extremely friendly, the last day of our stay we couldn’t start the car due to cold weather. Staff came right away helped us.

Loved everything about this hotel except the pool which was really small and would have meant walking outside in the winter between our building and the pool building. Not a big deal, the hot springs in the area were amazing.
