This was the perfect place, a short distance from Banff so you have some space but a 15 min beautiful walk and you were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had board game

We stayed in a superior room. The place was good to stay but kitchen set up was not as convenient. It was located just after you get in so one can't open the main door with someone else in kitchen. The stove was a bit weird with a glass plate stove with all digital set up, took some time to get used to with two kids who required at-home cooking. Didn't expected to have to read through instructions pasted to use the stove. Parking outside the rooms gets bit crowded and narrow if you have a big car. Bathrooms were clean. Otherwise, good location.

Good place to get away. Pool is small but its ok. They have a steam room and sauna. Looks like there used to be a hot tub there but not being used anymore which is sad. Staff are AMAZING. Suites are spacious, clean, stocked with dishes and cookware. Very close to downtown Banff. Highly recommend!

2 story loft was unique, clean, great views, great family place, kitchenette was well stocked but bring your own paper towels, cling wrap and foil. Bus stop right onsite, 5 min ride to downtown shops and dining. Pool onsite was cold.

Overall this hotel was average. The WiFi is spotty and unreliable. The parking is very limited and close to all other cars. This hotel was good because it is on the shuttle line. The hotel gives you free bus passes. This saves a lot of time for going to down town. We were not in the room a lot so this was a good deal. They do have laundry on site if need be.

May Weekend in Banff

We had our pups with us and the accommodations were perfect as we were on the main floor and the dogs were able to be up and close with wildlife(while on the outdoor patio). Very happy with the accommodations for pets, only suggestion would be to have a poop container for when you picked up after your pets. Loved the included bus pass that was very useful and made sense so as not to have to be concerned with parking in the downtown. Would definitely book and stay again!
