Honestly for pets, they go above and beyond. Have us a treat and a toy at check in, and a quality toy that I got to pick. They also gave me fresh ground coffee that I got to pick. Nice touches that go a long way. Would recommend. Looked old from the outside but inside was new and super comfy, we loved it.

This was the perfect spot to stay in Banff right on the edge of the town. It was very clean and quiet. It's far enough away from the busy-ness of the town but still within walking distance to the restaurants and shopping. There was also the convenience of the gas station next door to fill up before our travels. I did have some trouble trying to check in on the app. If you can't check in on the app you do have to go to another location to check in, but it's right across the street. Highly recommend!

Good value

The room was spacious and I appreciated that the bathroom had a large counter and walk in shower. The veds were comfortable and the room was clean. The exterior of the building was okay. No elevator so had to take bags up a flight of stairs.

Not your typical motel

Our room was spacious and the bathroom, specifically the shower, was enormous. The bed was also extremely comfortable.

Very good motel. It seemed like it may have been recently refurbished. It is not self service check in but you check in at the sister hotel just across the road which was efficient and easy. Friendly staff. You can also use the facilities at the sister hotel. Bus stop right outside if you don't want the walk in town. Very pleasant and easy stay.
