Staff and accommodations are excellent, just had one problem, as my key didn’t open my locker at the hot tub I had to walk through the hotel with wet shorts and a towel to front desk to ask for locker to be opened and was not given a bath tone to walk back with

We had a very nice stay at the Dorothy. The room was appointed with everything we needed. We all slept well on the beds and pillows. Though simple, it was clean, stylish, comfortable and affordable. Access to the hot pools across the street absolutely was the highlight - they were beautiful!

Overall it was a decent hotel value for money. Unfortunately the floors were very cold and dirty though and no one came to make up our room for the second day when we stayed two nights. I did like that you can park right outside your door and nice the coffee, teas selection and even oat milk they offer at check in. Also I like that you can use the hot tub at the Canoe and Suites.

The staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful! The room was clean and faced the courtyard (super magical in the winter time) the complimentary coffee and tea was such a nice touch (and the even had oat milk..!) Looking forward to visiting soon!!

Spacious room, lovely beds. I would stay here again. The hot pools at the Canoe (just a block away) and included in the stay were lovely after a day skiing. Small extras like bus tickets, coffee abs hot chocolate at check in were great touches.
