We enjoyed our stay at Banff Inn; it’s clean, cozy and convenient to the restaurants and bus stops as well as the meeting places for our tour. The staff is nice and accommodating. I will definitely recommend this place!!!
In front of the hotel, it’s located at Banff Avenue which is where most everything is. Very walkable to these restaurants and tour stops.
Lake Moraine is breathtaking!! Our tour met at A nearby hotel, just a stone throw away from Banff Inn.

Banff Inn is the perfect place for a vacation. Within walking distance to anywhere downtown, right next to major shuttles, the rooms are perfect size, beds were comfortable, water pressure in shower was 10/10, and the service is the best part. We were greeted by Elmer as we arrived and checked-in. He was the best front desk person we’ve ever connected with. Super kind, informative, and patient. He deserves a raise! We will be recommending the Banff Inn to all future friends and family who travel to Banff.

I enjoyed staying at Banff Inn, they allowed us early check in , very friendly and helpful staff overall. The room was a bit tight space for 5 people however we were able to sleep comfortably. The only downside for the room was not enough lights we felt that the room was overall very dimmed,(no ceiling light and night stand was not bright enough) and upstair loft had limited plug in. however this was just our preference overall it was a good stay , everything was at walking distance and the facility was clean!

Obvious old plumbing throughout the building creating plumbing noises 24-7. We first thought it was the toilet creating the noise,but quickly realized it was coming from the tub (bubbling pipes nearby). It was an okay stay, but wouldn't recommend it to anyone visiting Banff.

The staff did not pay attention to our request. We had the coffee maker not working. The person whom was attending offered a services 25 to 40 minutes away. We were just making coffee. How can you wait for that long. In general, I had 2 encounters with staff, none very friendly. Lighting little. Rooms, in particular the bathroom, really dark. Toilet high for a child.
