Hotel pool and hot tub was really nice. Hotel room wasn’t very clean especially the bathroom. Floors were sticky, toilet was dirty and had a bad odour.

My wife and I have stayed at the Banff Park Lodge many times in the past and we always come back satisfied. We loved your bathroom reno in the shower.

Great spot in Banff

Beautiful pool area and it's just a couple blocks from the main downtown area. I'll likely stay here next time I visit Banff

Great value

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Great smiling attentive service all around. Clean quiet room. Good bedding. Good bathroom. Parking under hotel is extra but worth it if you go in busy season - no need to worry about finding a spot outside. Restaurant tries to mix up the food offered with different themes a few nights per week. Lounge area. Fireplace near the entrance. Near everything in town. What's not to like? Great value. Oh, and there's a small indoor pool and two jacuzzis, and a steam room. Super!

I recommend this place to friends!

This is our hotel of choice when we visit Banff. Its walking distance from restaurants and shopping. We've booked twice online and we've always gotten a room close to reception/elevator with a great view. The pool and hot tub area have been recently renovated and they've added an exercise area, a great place to hang out on a rainy afternoon! This hotel is clean and convenient.
