Our first time staying and we may not stay again. No view at all from our room but the ad did not say it was obstructed. Ad should state that. Also the doors are super loud so we got woken up a lot sooner than we wanted (6am) on a Saturday morning. Room had a strange layout but that’s not horrible. No view and loud mornings were the worst conplaints. We also weren’t allowed early check in (even half hour!). But staff was amazing and nice and accommodating! Location is top notch.

The highlight was the staff who were very nice and helpful. The lodge itself is pretty charming, constructed as one imagines a lodge, with plenty of wood framing and posts. We also appreciated having a climate controlled easily accessible garage so we could keep our ski gear in the car. A few things would have made our stay more enjoyable: 1) the rooms were too hot - we reduced the therrmostat to the lowest setting and opened the windows but it still got too warm. 2) having a sauna is nice but traipsing through the lobby in a pair of swim trunks and a towel to get there wasn't ideal. Robes would have been nice.
