This property was really convenient to everything in downtown Banff. We walked to coffee, dinners, the river, etc. The breakfast is offered for a good amount of time in the morning and has a lot of options. The staff is kind and helpful.

The rooms were well appointed. The optional room with a view was very nice. Free breakfast was excellent. Right in the heart of town. Parking is an issue-fortunately for a price you could park in their underground garage-pay the fee. Highly recommend this location.

Brewster Mountain Lodge does not disclose anywhere that there is no a/c in the guest rooms. The hallways and common areas were cool and we were told we could open our windows and balcony door and use the provided fans to cool the room😳. When I stated that this info should be disclosed on info concerning the hotel, I was told “it doesn’t say we do have a/c.” 😳

Location location- otherwise choose another hotel.

Washer dryer did not work throughout our three day stay- very inconvenient. No one to help with bags - only 1 elevator. Scratchy poor quality towels. Breakfast was terrible - a few apples, but no other Fruit, no yogurt, no scrambled eggs, only hard boiled. Great location, easy to walk anywhere downtown Banff. Location is the only reason to stay at Brewster Mountain Lodge.

Canada get away

Staff is super friendly and helpful. The location was right in the middle of town with access to everything. Parking was the only negative if you have a larger vehicle limiting height was only 6'-4" so if you drive make sure to get smaller car to making parking easier and reserve a spot. Rooms have no A/C so if going in summer could get warm during the day.

Property is located in downtown and everything is in walking distance. It has a good rustic cabin like vibe. Staff was amazing. Worth staying here.! It would have been nice to have the parking included.

So glad we decided to stay with you all. Great place with such a friendly staff and immaculate room. Central to Banff shopping and restaurants. Parking under the hotel was well worth it.

Great property in the heart of Banff. Walking distance to great restaurants, bars, shopping, trails, and all the sights of Banff. It was clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The neighborhood gets a bit rowdy at night, which is fun but not a place for light sleepers.
