Everything was absolutely perfect. There was nothing to complain about, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Although the hotel is a bit far from downtown, the hotel provides a shuttle bus, which was very convenient. We traveled by rental car, so having parking spaces right in front of each room was also a big plus for us.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit - it was a good size with a full kitchen but the room was very dated. The kitchen was not well stocked missing basics like scissors and a cookie sheet to use in the oven. While my kids very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub again it really needs a refresh. Very old and tired looking. Also we didn’t realize how far the resort was from downtown Banff. This is not the fault of the hotel but just know before you book this you can’t just walk to Banff downtown especially in winter as there is no sidewalk and it’s dark and you would basically be walking on a highway! The staff were friendly!
