The resort locates outside of the Banff downtown and near the Highway 1. We planned to hike and sight-seeing in the national parks. This resort is at a perfect location for us. The resort provides the shuttle to the Banff downtown. We booked a two-floor condo. It is perfect for a large family as us, a couple with parent and kids. The cellphone signal is weak. The WIFI works OK.

Staff was rude and sarcastic when asked any typical questions like how to use the onsite coin laundry or if i could use american currency. Rooms were extremely dusty and damp especially the loft which triggered both kids allergies. Kitchen utensils had burnt food stuck.

We were very disappointed with our recent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations, especially considering the cost of $721 for one night. The accommodations were uncomfortable and poorly maintained. Our room was on the upper level and far from the pool area, which was one of the main amenities we expected to enjoy. This was particularly inconvenient, as my daughter had been looking forward to swimming, but due to the distance, we were unable to use the pool. Cleanliness was also a major concern. The unit was dusty, some of the dishes were dirty, and the bathroom was in poor condition, including used Q-tips left under the sink. These issues are unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. On top of that, the room had no air conditioning. The weather during our stay was extremely hot, which made the experience very uncomfortable. For the high price charged, the overall quality of the stay fell far below expectations.

We would definitely stay here again! It was close to shopping, dining, etc. The beds were comfortable. Pet fee was beyond reasonable. They even gave my pup a toy and provided a dog bed and I water/food bowl. Anything we needed from the front desk was accommodated.

Kind staff, nice environment. It was very sweet that our frenchie got to pick out a toy from a box full of dog toys. However, we stayed in a room with a sofa bed which wasn’t that pleasant to sleep on especially staying for multiple nights.
