The 24 hour a day staff was courteous, responsive and nice. Including the maintenance staff that help with an automotive issue. Views are amazing and the onsite restaurant was delightful.

Special shout out to Brian. He was doing some snow shovelling one morning recently and did an amazing job. He went above and beyond in the area we were parked and really put our experience over the top. He is an absolute gem of an employee; friendly and easy to talk to. In a resort town with so many options of places to stay, its employees like him that will keep us coming back. Thanks Brian, for the extra shovelling one morning. We had a great stay. Friendly staff, very clean and location is perfect, especially if you bring your dog as there are trails right behind the property. Breakfast at the restaurant was also good. Would recommend this resort!

Staff was great and accommodating. The kitchen didn’t have a pan, we had to ask for one. The upstairs sink was clogged and they had to have someone come and spend quite a while fixing it. There was a post missing in the upstairs railing which was not safe for my two year old, as he could have easily fallen through if he wasn’t supervised. Wasn’t pleased that they lock the thermostat so that you’re unable to turn the heat above 21 degrees in the winter time.

Nice to have a kitchen that seemed stocked with most things needed. Scissors would be a nice addition. Having additional comforter for the pull out bed would have been nice as there was only a blanket in the room.

The breakfast menu during the week was fresh and excellent, but on the weekend there was a smorg that was not very warm and too expensive for what it was.Staff was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable.
