Our stay was great! The place was spacious, convenient, and very close to downtown Banff as well as the freeway, which made getting around easy. It was definitely family-friendly — especially the kitchen, which had all the essentials our family needed and appreciated. Free parking was a nice bonus. Overall, a very nice and comfortable stay!

The views around are amazing and it is set in a great location. Although we didn’t have a car the parking was convenient for those travelling by road. There is a free shuttle bus into town which we made the most of. Many of the tour companies will pick up from this resort, which was useful.

Overall was a fine place to stay. Rooms were a little small so trying to set up a playpen in there was extremely difficult being that they leave you a little to no room to have it even right beside the bed. The property was a little worn and the pool area could have used a clean. Considering how expensive it was I expected a little better but overall it was fine for what we needed.

The staff was friendly and helped when they did not have my reservation. They gave me a number to call and i got it sorted out. The room i originally booked was not available so they put us in a bigger room. The room was okay. Bed was quite lumpy, could not get tv to work. But room was clean and the shampoo and conditioner was amazing. The hotel is a bit out but the shuttle service was good. The bar makes good drinks. For the price i expected more but it is banff.

Property is old, worn and outdated. Needs remodeling. Lower floor is very noisy; had to move rooms but still not quiet. Units are not very clean. Kitchen has limited utensils and dishes. Overall will not stay there again, especially at that price.

We do not know what was the strange smell when we came in the suite but it was really discusting. Tolerable after opening all windows and patio door for a few hours. We also really think that there has been no cleaning at all of the bathroom before we came in. Hair on the floor and in the bath - dirty walls and ceiling.... The rest was just fine.
