Sabihin mo sa review Our stay was amazing! Restaurant Server Dexie was very rude and wanted to argue with order mistake instead of solving the issue at hand. Overall just very unpleasant and impolite to my family of six. Cabin was great but restaurant service was a negative experience.

Staff was really friendly, and informative! Tv cable was out for the whole stay up until the last evening before checkout. Parking was completely full, had to park a ways away. Rooms are dated, and have been renovated over the years but damages have incurred since the repairs a decade or more ago. Original furniture. Best aspect was the wood burning fireplace! Price was affordable for a last minute booking. Only minutes from banff

We went for a family trip and had 3 rooms booked. I do recommend getting the “Wolf” rooms as they’ve been upgraded. Staff were very friendly and helpful, kids loved the pool and parking is so easy. We liked the location, just outside town but super convenient going into Banff or to the highway to go exploring. We had the best time!
