The room was clean. Everything was amazing except the coffe machine and the kettle had build up so we couldn’t use them. Everything else was perfect. Having a fridge is so convenient and the utensils and glass wear was super handy. Im looking forward to staying here again.

Staff are friendly and helpful We stayed in the wolf suite and although a Queen bed was a bit small , a king in these suites would be better , the rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool area could have been a bit cleaner but appart from that the accommodation and staff and location. Are superb

Room was perfect although our front door was very squeaky and we were worried about bothering our neighbours. Staff was very friendly, amenities were awesome! We loved the outdoor hot tub.

Room was alright, nothing extra and the coffee was horrible. Room attendants didnt restock anything for our two night stay, just simply made the beds and took the wet towels is all. Didn't love the pool being in a separate building, inconvenient with young kids and thankfully wasn't too cold between the units or may have skippef the pool altogether.

Check-in was great. Staff was amazing. Love the location. Rooms are spacious and well stocked. The rooms are needing a bit of an upgrade by removing the carpet. Also need to be cleaned behind the furniture. The pool, pool deck and change rooms need to be cleaned on a more regular basis. Very unsanitary!!

Pool and deck are very dirty. There was frequent maintenance of pool and hot tub water but deck are was visibly dirty with green growth on one side of hot tub wall. Suite was spacious but some maintenance lacking- baseboard missing along bottom of stairs. Parking was difficult in evenings but always found a spot. Service was lovely everytime we called front desk. Kitchen had all cutlery and utensils. Coffee was awful but lots of places to try in town.
