Surprisingly nice. I’m cheap, and booked the “cheap” hotel so I wasn’t expecting much. I was upgraded to a jr. suite and it was fantastic. But I got the feeling that all of the rooms were this nice as well, just smaller. I wish I was here for more than just one night. I will be back.

It was an average experience cause we faced an issue with the room we lived in. The washroom door was broken, since we were all women we managed our stay. Otherwise, rest everything was good.

This hotel was very clean, the staff members were very helpful and knowledgeable. Parking was convenient. There were nearby restaurants and shopping malls. Local transportation was very close and easy to access. The room was clean and spacious.

I liked that it's away from the busy tourist areas, because it was quiet, yet it's not that far away from the stores, restaurants, etc (there are some restaurants around the hotel as well.) My only complaint really, is there is a $15 parking cost and that wasn't stated in the ad so it was a surprise. I loved the comfy bed, it was like sleeping on a cloud. I am tall and I loved the big bath tub that I could stretch out in, almost laying out completely. It's not far from the grocery store as well. Staff were pleasant, even when I locked myself out of the room!

Despite booking a Deluxe Room, we were instead placed in a Kitchenette Suite as an “upgrade.” This was not an upgrade. The room was poorly maintained: it smelled bad, did not have functioning AC throughout the space, several outlets didn’t work, and the lights were mismatched and unpleasant. On the first night, when we asked to be given the room we originally booked—or, failing that, to cancel with refund so we could find other accommodations—we were told by the front desk that nothing could be done and that we would have to wait until the next day. Manager moved us to the Deluxe Room (which was much more acceptable) the second night.

Clean rooms but noticed a whistling sound in closet wall. By morning a puddle had formed in closet. Wiped it up but large puddle kept returning so obvious leaking pipe behind wall. Advised front desk but we checked out before maintenance arrived (as was planned, not due to leak)

While enjoyed our stay it was almost impossible to control the room temperature. The floor heating has no thermostat so it stayed way too hot for our liking. Also the ice maker for the 2nd and 3rd floors wasn’t working making it a pain if you wanted ice. As an American I love my ice. Lol. Overall a nice stay though. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Helpful staff when the room was too cold, facilities & rooms were clean. TVs were great and the hotel is within walking distance for everything. The bed was comfortable and the room was relatively spacious. The only issue we had was on the last night, house keeping had come in during the day and missed restocking the toilet paper (we were nearly out before they came) which would have come in handy later… as well as they didn’t bring more body soap which was a bummer as we ended up getting back to the hotel quite late. Easy mistake, but was just lightly inconvenient on the last night :) Just a note that for the parking, if your truck has even the smallest lift to it, it will not fit in the parking lot. The parking ceiling is very low and our regular F-150 (no lift) felt like a tight squeeze. The parking there is definitely more for SUV’s and cars. Over all would stay here again!
