The loft heater fan in room 203 was very loud so I had to turn it off in order to sleep. The main floor heater supply plenty of heat for the whole room anyway. Outside of that everything was fine and especially appreciated the upgrade from my original booking.
Our room was really nice. Temperature control was perfect. We had great views of the mountains out the front & back windows. It was just lovely. Parking was outside & $15 a day. This may be a standard Banff cash grab. The room was really inexpensive for Banff, & Banff is awesome. It's a nice place to explore.
Surprisingly nice. I’m cheap, and booked the “cheap” hotel so I wasn’t expecting much. I was upgraded to a jr. suite and it was fantastic. But I got the feeling that all of the rooms were this nice as well, just smaller. I wish I was here for more than just one night. I will be back.
