Said there was a pool, down for maintenance. Room service is non existent. Shotty construction in bathroom, most likely mold underneath. Breakfast was cancelled because the kitchen was in their words "leaking"

The toilet didn’t flush properly so maintenance came twice to “fix” it. I asked for a different room but was denied. The hot tub was broken & had a ring around it where the water line was. The steam room had black mold around the door and the pool was dirty and cold. The mini fridge was directly on the floor so the door dragged on the carpet when it was opened. The mattresses were too deep for the sheets they used so the sheet kept coming off the beds. The elastic on the mattress protectors was broken so the mattress protectors were coming off as well. I was booked for 3 nights and tried to cancel 2 nights but couldn’t because it was a non-refundable booking. The pictures online of the hotel are definitely from when it was either new or newly renovated as the room we stayed in was dated. I would absolutely NOT recommend this hotel.

I rented 2 rooms. Room 1 no faults. Loved laminate and new tile in BR. Room 2 was accessible but needed updates. The shower head is too large and hits the grab bar. A hose would be more effective. The tiles and grout all need a good clean. Old carpet in the room. Slight odor. All beds and pillows very good. Staff lovely Secured elevator

This is at best a dismal 2 star hotel it I’m being generous. There have not been any renovations to this place since I last stayed there 28 years ago. The fixtures are the original and the TV in the room is 20 inches. The worst part is the smoke from outside smokers was channeling into my room all night. I called to complain at 9:00 pm but nothing was done about this. Beware that although they claim that this is a nonsmoking hotel, they do not enforce the rules. It’s not a place I will ever stay in again. Very dirty, dark and not taken care of.

This was our 2nd time at this hotel, maybe it was a different name, last time there was some bit still under construction, and this time there was cracks in the sink and the room was not 100% clean. And the reception person was not so friendly. But the other person was very friendly. We had got there very late and we needed to sleep that’s all I can say. If it was a longer stay I’d have moved somewhere else.
