Hotel was very well suited for a family visit to Canmore. Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, was very adequate for a family of 4. I found the front counter staff to be quite rude and uninterested in providing a basic level of customer service. I would stay here again if the price was right, however would avoid if I could.

Showed up for what we were told was 4:00 pm check in - which I personally feel is already a late check in time…. Showed up at 4:00 and our room was not ready…room was not ready until 4:45.. Front desk super rude and unhelpful-

Room was okay and comfortable. I just wished there was a breakfast included. No complimentary slippers and toothbrush. But for its price, it’s a good deal. View from the room is Canadian Rocky! Can’t complain. 😊

The room we were given had a door leading directing outside near the main road. When we left through it we were unable to use our keycard to get back in the main door. There should have been a sign explaining this to guests. The beds were extremely creaky and not comfortable and the train was loud.

Our unit was nice but the rest of the property and amenities were incredibly inconvenient. The underground parking is insane- too few spots, narrow, poles- surprisingly our car made it out okay. You drive in and out on the wrong side and nearly crash with other cars-an absolute disasterous design. We had to walk soooo far to the elevator, lobby, pool, parking garage- the place is a maze and there isn’t even an ice machine in our building! Restaurant/bar had 1 person waitressing/hosting. The free bikes were 2 rough fat tire bikes - with only 1 available- and we’re a family of 4. Also note, this property is on the other side of the train tracks from town so you get stuck for awhile when the train comes through as they are long.
