We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was clean, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The anniversary package was such a cute touch, and the view was absolutely stunning. We even got the chance to see the northern lights right from our balcony — such a magical moment! We’ll definitely be back. 💫

The property was amazing!! The staff were very helpful as well. We planned a trip to Canmore for my husband’s 50th birthday and the staff upgraded us to a suite! It was so nice to have all the amenities. The hotel was very clean and a bonus was the underground parking at Blackstone. We would recommend this hotel and we will be back to visit again!!

The hotel offered a complimentary upgrade from a 1 bedroom suite to a 2 bedroom suite. Our stay was amazing. The property was quiet, clean, and offered a nice resting place while we were busy adventuring. They let us borrow bear spray for free.

We were celebrating our 49th wedding anniversary and Blackstone did not disappoint. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thank you to the housekeeping staff. When we checked out, they found that we had left an Apple watch and charger. Front desk contacted us and we were able to come back for it.

We rented the 1 bedroom condo and it was impeccable. The backdrop of the mountains while we were in the pool was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. It was a fantastic experience all around. It was our first time in the Rockies and Blackstone and Canmore will definitely draw us back.

The service from staff was excellent, as well as the cleanliness and amenities There were a few maintenance issues that should be tended to in unit # 315, such as the kitchen spout, upper tray in dishwasher and the toilet seat could be tightened, but this did not diminish our overall satisfaction on the 5 days we spent here.
