We had an overall good stay. It is convenient because downtown Canmore is super close. There is outdoor parking as well as indoor via garage. It was clean, the bathroom was big! An important takeaway is that this is not a 1 bedroom space. It is a studio. We also were disappointed and stressed to find out last minute that there was an iron, but it was poor quality and did more damage to clothes than good. The ironing board is tiny as if it was made for children. Some of the cookware were broken. The hallways are extremely dim, though I know that’s out of the owner’s hands. Window/door to the balcony is nice and big, but tall. The curtains are pull-down, so it would have been nice to have a tool for vertically challenged people.This place is a good home base if you were planning to go to Banff National Park and be out all day, since it is only a 20 minute drive. I would say it’s a good place to stay, but not great.

Canmore trip

The property is nice, location is good, there was just a few hiccups.. only one hot tub instead of the 2 advertised which was always busy, restaurant and lounge on site was closed for some unknown reason and was part of the reason why we stayed at this place. The bed in the suite was very comfortable but situated too close to the wall.. we both jammed our toes pretty hard a few times until we put a pillow around the leg to help avoid it. Overall a nice place.

Great Mountain Week

We had a great time. Easy walking to town. Kitchen was very well stocked and the unit was very clean. Private BBQ was very convenient. Hot tubbed every night. Ski. Hike. Live music and shopping. Price point was excellent.

We just had an amazing stay here! There are a few small things in the suite that could be updated (blinds did not work well on one side, two burners on stove didn’t work, and coffee maker button was broken) but we would still stay again! Great mountain trip and this place is CUTE, bright and romantic .. we will be back

Great place to stay!

We were very happy with the condo. Good location, great view and had everything we needed. Our host called us ahead of our arrival and told us of a problem with a clogged bathroom sink. It was a little inconvenient the first night but it was taken care of by the time we got back the first day. Would definitely stay here again!

Great little couple getaway.

Great little bachelor suite. Great location and views; cozy and convenient for wandering souls. One tip; the balcony blinds are heavy and a little tricky to ‘lock’ so take your time with them.

Too far to really walk down to the main area, it was a short drive though. There was only 1 wine glass and 1 martini glass which was odd. Also, there wasn’t any Wi-Fi and the cable wouldn’t work. The place itself was quite nice and we enjoyed it.

Frustration with Instant Suites

We had no heat control within the property which is located in the Falcon Crest Lodge. Room temperature was 26 Celsius which was warmer than the hot tubs. Property is managed by the Toronto based Instant Suites. We were inundated with automatically generated emails from Instant Suites. We were double billed (payment refunded), we paid for late check out but were locked out of the unit (payment refunded). Host uses the August app to control the door lock which didn't work when we tried to check in (had to phone to let us in) and continued to give us problems throughout our stay. We will never stay at a unit managed by this company. Unfortunately we didn't realize who managed the property until after VRBO confirmed our nonrefundable reservation.

Cute and Clean Studio

Adorable studio. Well maintained, clean and quiet. Just note that you need to have a special app to use the key. It took me a minute to figure it out, but ended up being very easy to use once I did some troubleshooting. Super prompt response from the host when I needed help. Would stay again!

Lovely location

The only disappointing thing about this property is that it was advertised as a one bedroom but it is actually a bachelor. There is no bedroom. However, the location is awesome. Close to downtown and easy to get to but quiet so you can rest. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance. And 2 hot tubs to choose from! And underground parking!

Cozy lol place. Good 4 a couple. Bbq, fire place, stocked kitchen etc. Can use hot tub during covid. Book half hour each day. Not far from main part of town. Only down side, no Banff pass like stated in listing and was told to check out at 10 am when listing states 11 am he made exception

Great Vacation.

Great vacation spot for my girlfriend and I, we enjoyed the scenery and how close everything was to the location. Small downside was the remote for the tv was missing and our wifi was down for one of the days we were there. But very minor since we weren’t spending all our time in our room.

Cute, well set up and clean! Kitchen is well stocked equipment and dishes wise and the Chinese food restaurant downstairs is amazing! Great location. Great price!
