I don’t write reviews, but this hotel was absolutely disgusting. Right when we checked in, we were told that our room is down in the basement and we didn’t think much of it until we got in the room which was filthy and dirty with bed stains and the bathroom smelled really bad like it had not been cleaned for years. On top of that when I called Lia the supervisor about my concerns, she seemed to not care about it and was offended. She had a really bad attitude and told me that the room has no AC. I was not notified that during check-in and mind you they put a table fan in the room. I mean motels don’t even have table fans these days. This is a $300 night hotel and you’re telling me that I have to be in a room with no AC and in the basement so I asked for my refund and Lia made me waste two hours to call Expedia for it when she knew all along that since I paid at the property, I could get the refund right away and didn’t have to get Expedia involved. Do yourselves a favor and AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!
