We loved everything about The Malcolm - the friendly staff, central locations, beautiful views, and super fun game area on the 2nd floor (perfect for a rainy evening). We will definitely be returning!

You cant go wrong staying at this hotel

This is the second time I have stayed at the Malcolm Hotel and once again it did not disappoint. The room was always kept sparkling clean and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet and the food always delicious. It is within walking distance to main street shops as well as boutiques within the Spring Creek development. Until next year......

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Malone. We enjoyed our Mountain View room with patio. The pool was fun and had food and drink service. We used the complimentary bikes and the staff were great. They even left a delicious box of sweets in our room for our anniversary.

Very comfortable room. The property is in a great location, close to dining options and a short drive to Banff etc. They have some construction happening right now, which makes some areas look a bit rough but this is temporary and overall a great place to stay. We will be back!

We had a great stay at the Malcolm Hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The pool area was lovely and perfect for relaxing with the kids. However, we were told by one staff member that we could use a microwave at the front desk, but the front desk informed us that there was no microwave available for guests. This was a bit inconvenient when trying to warm up food for the kids. Also, it would have been nice if a laundry bag was provided in the room. Overall, it’s a beautiful and well-maintained hotel, and we enjoyed our time here. Just a few small improvements would make it even better for families.

The Malcolm had a fantastic view from our room and great amenities for a family trip. Pool area was great for kids and adults. The food at breakfast was tasty.

Finding parking was a pain in the rear. The parking garage was full parking on the streets was unavailable. I literally had to just wait for 45 minutes in the garage for a car to move. On a positive note probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in my life. Also, the restaurant had good food, especially the breakfast. The potatoes were amazing.

The Malcolm Hotel is always so nice, clean and making our stay special. The soft robes, large bathroom and Mountain View’s are a plus to what we have seen in nearby areas.
