Very nice hotel, looks quite new. Friendly staff, beautiful, clean room, comfortable beds. For some reason, there is not enough parking in the underground lot for all guests, and we had to initially park on the street outside the hotel. Fortunately, for our stay, the weather was nice, and this was not an issue, but later in the year I could see it being inconvenient when the weather is colder/snowier. We dined at the restaurant which is nice, not great, although the Prime Rib special that night looked terrific.

Awesome property. I was concerned as we drove up because of construction near by. But it never was an issue. The hotel was lovely. The pool and hot tub so nice. And able to walk to everything.

Lovely view of the Three Sisters mountains from our patio. People above us were pretty heavy-footed! We were a bit puzzled as to why we would get a message about upgrading our room, and when we submitted an upgrade, we were informed that it wasn’t available! Why bother sending us that message in the first place if there was no availability? We would have preferred a king-size bed, but otherwise, the hotel is 5-star in every way.

The Malcolm Hotel was excellent. A beautiful hotel with a “Scottish” theme. Spacious, comfortable room with a nice mountain view. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

This property was stunning and the views make it even better. With safe and secure free parking below the hotel. Staff were helpful and kind. Great location for our stay. Also one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in. Highly recommend. We will be back here.

Loved our stay at The Malcom! The room was beautiful and had a wonderful view. The staff were all so nice and helpful as well, even before our stay. The location was super convenient and there was a lot in walking distance as well. They are currently doing construction on a new hotel next door, but we never really heard any noise and it didn’t affect our stay.
