Great place to stay in the rockies

Wow what a location. Canmore is a great stop. Much quieter than banff but very similar. The hotel offered us everything we needed for our stay. We had a small table in the room for breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Views from balcony were spectacular. Would definitely recommend

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the overall value for money at this hotel is excellent. We stayed in a room with a balcony and a mountain view, which was absolutely stunning. I also loved the cozy lobby, which was always spotless, and appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, and fresh fruit available daily. The only drawback is that there’s a road between the hotel and the mountains, and our room faced the front entrance. If you leave the window open at night, you may hear some morning chatter or occasional car noise. That aside, with its convenient location and easy walking distance to downtown, this hotel is a fantastic choice and truly a great deal.

Mountain view balcony faced busy road. Small bathroom with tub. Hallway carpet torn and frayed. However mattresses comfortable and seemed new. 30 minutes from Banff.

Well I rated this hotel as a 3 star because 2 reasons. The carpet in our suite was filthy. And there was no breakfast included. It was only one night but the price paid was too expensive for what we had!! I would never stay here again.

Overall excellent experience. Nice comfortable rooms, good view from coffee area. The Breakfast To-Go option was very useful. Laundry facility made it convenient on a long trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Close from town center where there are plenty of dining options. There are a few stairway steps to keep in mind once you get out of the elevator if you have heavy bags.
