Mountain views were great. Place was clean. Room was good. Beautiful lobby. The train kept my other guest up during the and it passes frequently. The fireplace was one of the highlight i was looking forward to and it didn't work. We switched rooms and it still didn't. Staff were very helpful and provided good suggestions about resturants etc.

Our view was a parking lot with another set of apartments behind us. No mountains. The room was clean but had a bad odor. The beds had cheap, uncomfortable pillows. The hotel is very outdated. The front desk staff was nice.

This place was beautiful and the staff were amazing. The lobby is very welcoming and makes you want to spend time there. The wine and cheese hour is a nice perk. The rooms were clean and welcoming and yhe balcony gave you wuite the view of the three sisters and surrounding mountains. I would totally recommend this place to anyone.

We got there early and lost our mountain view rooms. Not many handicap parking at all. One of the things i asked for was making sure they had and elevator for the 2nd floor and they said yes.and they did due to one us cant walk stairs very well and had another that used a walker. What they didnt tell me was there were like 5 stairs you had to walk down but they added a steep ramp. The luggage rack smashed my arm twice. Its barely big wide enough for the rack and a narrow doorway to go thru. After we left to go eat we had to park in back when we got back. There was like 8 steps you have to walk down or walk all around to the front. Needs updated for definitely handcapped friendly.

Perfect place to stay, the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The lobby and common area is beautiful and the hotel in general is very clean and well kept. It’s beautiful and you won’t regret it. Definitely will stay here the next time I come back
