Room was clean, spacious, enjoyed complimentary hot chocolate, view was beautiful, parking was great! However, the exercise room was quite disappointing, there wasn’t much workout equipment in there just weights, cable machine. The hot tub was older and was dirty as there were cigarettes and ashes all around it. Overall, the staff were very kind, helpful and knowledgeable of amenities included with stay, recommended some hikes and were very pleasant.

We love this resort, come every year. Quiet away from the busy town. Would be nice if the restaurant had a larger but simpler menu so you don’t have to drive in to town

The room temperature was extremely high (around 28–28.5°C), and despite informing the front desk, the issue was not properly resolved. The technician only opened the windows and turned the AC on full, which made the room temporarily cooler but not livable overnight. Since the AC is directly above the bed, we couldn’t keep it on without freezing, and once everything was turned off, the room quickly heated back up. As a result, we couldn’t sleep well and were unable to enjoy the fireplace, which was one of the main reasons we chose this room. I would strongly suggest that room #64 not be assigned to guests unless the temperature issue is properly checked and fixed, as this was extremely disappointing especially for visitors traveling from far away to enjoy their stay.

Room was clean! Very beautiful. The staff were fantastic and so helpful! There is complimentary activities. We did mountain biking. The lake wasnt frozen enough so couldnt skate it. But will def go again for a speing/summer trip

The lodge is situated overlooking the lake. The view is spectacular, staff was friendly , our room was clean and cozy. We loved the outdoor hot tub as well. Can’t wait to stay there again.
Fire pit in front of the main lodge is a great way to enjoy being outside in freezing temperatures.
Fun things happen on the frozen pyramid lake.
