What can i say 5 * all-round from staffing being friendly,polite and extremely helpful. Facilities were exceptional. We were a family of 4 and stayed in the family kitchenette suite which was extremely big,light airy,clean.beds so comfy. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were a welcome treat after long days of hiking,tours. Highly recommended.

It starts with the staff at the reception, amazing customer service, plenty of parking, the room was very clean and everything is new and the bed was very comfortable, the kids enjoyed the water slide while the adults enjoyed the hot tub, towels were provided at the pool, breakfast was great and fresh, a great alternative to the mostly old and expensive Jasper hotels, with the 45 minute extra drive

We enjoyed our stay in the family suite. This is a very clean property with lovely staff. The only thing that could make it better is more mirrors in the suite. Otherwise, a lovely and comfortable stay!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and clean. We couldnt change the room temperature so it was a bit cold, also there was no shower gel or soap. Breakfast was great so overall happy guests. Pool was also brilliant
