Absolutely disgusted with this stay, I’m not one to leave terrible reviews. But this one was the worst. We found cockroaches in our room crawling into the bed. At first we only booked for one night, but we wanted to stay another night m. After finding the cockroach crawling into our bed we canceled right away. Another guest also had cockroaches in their room. Hoping hotels.com will do the right thing and refund our money.

Continental Breakfast with varied options is an excellent choice. Pool is ok, but better than nothing. Ample parking is available.

A great place to stay!

We enjoyed having a King size bedroom. It was roomy, the bed was great and it had all amenities we needed. Staff was very welcoming and helpful at check in and after. Breakfast isn't just continental as stated but you can get warm items as well and everything is fresh. Coffee was hot and everything was delicious!

The hotel was in a convinent location. The rooms and the overall faciluty was average not updated in a while. During our 2 night stay both nights the guests on our floor were super loud and we could hear them throughout the night. Empty food containers and dishes were left out in corridors overnight. For breakfast which was included in our stay the waffle maker was not useable. Day 1 i requested that it be cleaned out as it had some food stuck in it the staff just put an out of order sign and shut it off. Day 2 it was out of order for reasons unknown. Overall a pretty average hotel

Great hotel, comfortable room!

Very good hotel, super comfortable and spacious room. Super fast WIFI. Friendly front counter staff and great cleaning crew. Breakfast and breakfast room both need improvement. Quality and quantity of food was sub par. Staff here seemed overwhelmed. We’ve stayed here a number of times and it is among the best hotels in Hinton so hoping the breakfast improves.

Property is old. Very noisy, the rooms above you, no sound proof insulation. You can hear everything from the room above you. Heaters in the room also noise, if they work. Breakfast very poor, even the waffle machines were out of order at my stay..... Staff is friendly and helpfull.
