The room was good. Staff was helpful dealing with issue of entertainment system. Would be useful to have some guide in room to get things started rather than needing to call for help. All entertainment systems so different; not just a matter of turning it on.

The room was decent, the beds are comfortable and the sheets are clean. The complimentary breakfast was satisfactory with such a valuable amount I pay per night, impressive! The only downsides are children running in the hallway late at night which causing constant noise from the ceiling, and the housekeeper did not put bath towels and face towel in our room (I had to get that from the reception myself).

The breakfast deserved 5 stars - what a variety! The sink in the washroom (room 209) is cracked and needs attention.; also the ceiling in the pool area is under repair. But otherwise we were very pleased with our stay.

The worker trucks in the area were parked along the hotel wall where air for the heat and cooling is sucked in. We were awakened at 5 with a horrendous nauseous smell. We realized Oakpark Powerline‘s truck was backed with exhaust into our window on main floor. We opened door into hall and got fan from desk clerk to try and get the smell out. That ended our night.

The Room was clean and staff were courteous and helpful. I was a little sad that the only food available was at Breakfast time and that was self service. The hot food was therefore only warm and not hot as it would not have lasted otherwise. Other than that parking was easy, there was a lift to the upper floors. My room was spacious and I had a long unbroken sleep which was great. Thank you for your care.
