The lodge is always a great place to stay. A fun pool, casino, good breakfast, and comfortable beds. My only feedback is the room could use some upgrades - such as better curtains!

It was ok but there was nonplace to plug devices in. Not just no usbs, also no plugs. There was one on a lamp but it didnt work. We had to unplug lamps and coffee makers to use the plugs. Also there was only lukewarm water in the shower.

We have stayed several times over the past 35 years due to golf tournament held in Med Hat. We went elsewhere for the past 4 years and decided to return since under new ownership. The hotel and water slides are still looking very worn and the pool area old. No longer a hot tub. The buffet egg options were not tasty and they don't offer any alternative allergy options. (lactose intolerant, vegan, gluten). The hotel rooms are very worn and in need of upgrade. New linens are needed as they have been washed so many times they are yellowing. Probably not return under these conditions.

We've stayed there in the past and enjoyed it, but were surprised to find out that the hot tub in the waterpark had been permanently closed. On top of that, our room had drywall repairs that were not fixed/closed up. The room was comfortable and the breakfasts were good. We probably won't go back because there was no hot tub. That is what we looked forward to and the waterpark and spa are incomplete without it.
