The rooms are old and in need of a complete Reno. The real issue was the horrible old smoke smell that by morning gave you a headache and sore throat. Some areas of the hotel look like they have been upgraded, at least enough to appear nice online. Don’t be fooled like we were. Stay somewhere else.

The facility is quite old, and the decor and finishings are older as well; however, the rooms were nice and clean. Would have liked a slightly bigger fridge, but for the price we were still quite happy. The pool and breakfast areas are quite lovely and we enjoyed our time spent there.

We have stayed at the same hotel multiple times in the last two years. A person can overlook the odd thing, such as a potato chip under a bed. But when you start noticing consistency in deficient cleaning, you know you’ve got a problem. This Last stay, while reclined in the tub I could not help but notice the filthy base of the toilet (Which Also leaked). The tub didn’t have a proper plug. There Was a pizza receipt And liquorice under the bed. The bedside table Had ice cream or something all down the side of it. The linen was clean and I was barely in the room on this busy trip so I didn’t complain because the front desk staff was awesome. I didn’t have time to speak to the manager on my departure. The room was renovated Nicely with great amenities. However, The fundamentals are being overlooked: Functioning toilet, tub plug, Cleanliness from top to bottom!

not as advertised

we had 2 rooms for our family. both 2 queens. the first room had an odour to it and they accommodated us to change the room. one of the rooms had an old mattress and boxspring...uncomfortable!! we paid for a room with 2 queen beds and got a room with a queen and double. this was not what was advertised. when we talked with the front desk, they stated that that was hotels.com description and not their issue. disappointing!!

We were not happy about the Room. Suppose to have Coffee in the room none.As for the Bedding dirty breakfast cold. The Only thing that was Great was the check-in. The Staff there were fantastic. We are supposed too come back ToMedicine in August we won't be staying there . I'll pay the extra for a beter accommodation. Robert /Rose Charlton

This property was very dirty. The deadbolt on the room door didn’t even lock after speaking to front desk. I chose to book another hotel room and relocate. As a female staying by myself, I was concerned for my safety and do not recommend this hotel.
