We stayed here over February long weekend for my son’s birthday. We stayed for one night. When we left and got home after a 2 hour drive I realized we forgot a bag with brand new pants for my son and husband, my brand new makeup bag with new makeup and brushes. I called asking if they had found it the following Monday. Nope my bag was no where to be found but it was left in the room. I guess whoever felt the need to keep it I hope your 10 year old enjoys the pants and you husband enjoys some new sweats and enjoy all the new makeup! I was to get a call back from management after they spoke to housekeeping and I never did.
