The staff were so amazing, friendly and accommodating! My only complaints were the building temperature was uncomfortably hot in hallways and main areas(thank goodness the rooms had AC); and the hot tub had no jet power. There are other places I would rather stay next time.

You guys need to offer more breakfast options, like hot waffles with syrup or whipped cream. There was cereal but not milk. The juice was severely watered down. And the pancakes were not always working.

There was a group that was being loud all night. The staff tried to quiet them down but it didn’t work. The management dealt with the group in the morning. The free breakfast was not that good. But the pool and waterslide are good!
