The gentleman who checked me in was the best check-in experience I ever had. He helped me with two long-standing problems, one of which was fixing the chip on my AMEX card by rubbing off the oxidation. This care had malfunctioned in other countries, causing some embarrassment. This guy is a genius and I'm not sure why he's working the desk - he must enjoy it - but you've got quite an asset in him.
