Stayed this time in the alpine section and the room is clean, modern and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The only thing I would suggest is to extend the breakfast time to 11am

Pretty disappointed, the front staff were okay, but having to pay $22 per person for breakfast was very disappointing, if you book on Expedia you need to pay and that was not disclosed. Conditioner was empty in the room, limited towels for 4 people and there were no amenities in the room. The pool was amazing.

We stayed in the new section of the hotel, which was great! Rooms are very comfortable and the kitchenette is an added bonus. We like that you can get into the main lodge without going outside when it's -30. We would love to see a games room with pool table, air hockey, etc.

We chose this place because it has a kitchen, as we prefer to cook some of our meals rather than dining out all the time. The rooms were well-maintained and clean, but the kitchen could be better stocked with higher-quality essentials. We had no pots, too few glasses, and the knife was very dull. Aside from that, everything else was great!

The hotel did not have my amenties ordered for my room thay was submitted prior to my stay(chocolate strawberries &cheeseboard) they felt bad and brought us a small champagne bottle, a can of beer and a few chocolates. The room smells heavily of bleech. Very very strong. We do like this hotel. The staff are usually friendly and it has a great pool and hottub.

The inner door to the next room was unlocked. Didn't make me feel safe. The room we had was right next to two rooms that were extraordinarily loud. The hotel is a little worn. The staff were great. Very polite and very helpful

Very clean and cozy only thing was the pools location is awkward, its in the middle of the hotel so there's a big draft. Swimming pool is super cold because of this and you can't get warm the hot tub was good though and it has a steam room!
