The whole staff was super nice and accomodating. The kids had fun just staying at the resort with the Flo Rider, arcades, movie theater, hot tubs and heated pools with slides. It was fantastic. And we loved the staff so much!!

It was truly fine. There were no huge slides and water park area unless it is under construction. They don’t tell you that on top of the $28 resort fee for said water park etc, that there is a $30 per night parking fee. Very expensive so when the price looks good plan to add an additional &58. Room was fine for the get away that we needed.

the hotel was perfect for a Family Vacation. The rooms are spacious, and they do accommodate to a family. The water park was a big plus. The kids. Had a blast. Lifeguards kept them entertained with games. The only thing it needs is to have house keeping clean every day rather than for us to request for them to clean and for them to be thorough, and they’re cleaning. Laundry room needs attention washers have mildew
