House keep just neen to vacuum more on the surface of carpet. My son is allergic to cats and dogs because there were still animal hairs in the room. This caused my sons allergies to flare up. And when picked up my phone from falling nearly under the bed. I can clearly see gold wired pet hair. The vacuum when requested but it should have been done correctly prior. Overall, experience was good.

Someone tried hard to update this property, and almost did it. Food was good, facilities were okay.... Staff was rough. Couldn't find my breakfast voucher, wanted to fight with me about it, very interested in their phones, not very interested resolving the issue
