Nice place but the second Waterpark was still under construction ( can't blame them for that) The only real negative thing I can think of was the lack of working ice machines. I had to go 2 floors down and to the adjacent building.

TVs didn’t work most of the elevators were out of order water park was closed. There was construction going on got woken up by hammering and equipment every morning at 7 could not sleep in on my vacation.

Great place to stay, staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms/grounds are very clean. Only problem we had was the toilet in our room was not working properly and kept getting stopped up and we had to keep getting maintenance to come plung it.

The room size was great. The waterpark was under construction throughout the entire stay so my children could not enjoy it. Also, there were issues with not having enough linen for two days, then when i requested a linen change later in the trip, it took over 8 hrs for new linen to be provided.

Overall stay was great , room was nice and clean , beds and pillows were comfortable , dove products supplied in bathrooms, on site dining is a huge plus if traveling with family and children, outdoor pool area was relaxing , slides are a great plus , cons they charge 31 dollars for parking per night which should be included with one free car per room assigned , flow rider is 25 a person not free with waterpark inclusive

The poolside Cabanas were great. The loungers by the pool about half were broken. Rooms were clean and nice. Lobby after 10pm was a nightmare, the guests were out of control- I almost left and did not check in. Happy I stayed since my kid loved the pool.

This place is huge! Rooms smelled humid and when I reported roaches in the room, they immediately switched us rooms but found the same issue in the new room a few buildings over. Spoke to a manager who said she would refund us a night, but turns out she only refunded the resort fees since they also gave us a voucher for the breakfast bar. Would not come back. Also be ready to have a lady promising a free gift in return for a timeshare presentation.

We had a King 2 bedroom suite, the room was comfortable, but the living room and bathroom floors were super filthy! Had to request for cleaning after we checked in. There's construction on site and we were not told about at check in. We had a room that was right next to the instruction and they start work at 7am EVERY morning! We were enjoying pool time and they had to evacuate everyone out of the pool for 30 minutes because it was too crowded! We had a King 2 bedroom suite, the room was comfortable, but the living room and bathroom floors were super filthy! Had to request for cleaning after we checked in.

The room was not clean. We asked them to clean the room but the only made the bed but didn’t sweep the floor or vacuum and didn’t clean the toilet and the bathroom. The walls are dirty, the elevator is not functioning well, crumbs all over the floor and has a crack flooring in the elevator that they don’t even fix. We stayed for days there but they never refilled our body wash. It’s was not properly maintained.

Overall a good place to stay with the family. There’s a lot to do there and you’re very close to Disney and Universal. The rooms could have been a little cleaner.

We booked for a week, lasted 1 night & left. When you get to the property you are required to pay resort fees & $31 parking per night - no other hotels/resorts do this upon further investigation. The room was gross & had the “landlord special”where the renovations were poorly done or just half assed. If you’re a cleanly person you will agree. The walkways n elevators were also uncleanly. I would do a walk through yourself before booking and loosing money like we did.

The rooms definitely need updating. The bathroom's soap dispenser was broken. The tops of the tables, etc are all scratched. And the carpet is DISGUSTING! My grandbabies ran around and their feet were black simply playing in the room.
