After a long flight, I was looking forward to relaxing. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the hotel, they couldn’t locate my reservation. I was placed in a room for one night and then transferred to a different room the following day. The experience was frustrating—especially having to wait around for five hours before finally being allowed to check into the new room. Upon checkout, I was promised a refund for the inconvenience, which I never received. After a week of being given conflicting information, I eventually gave up. Aside from the management issues, the hotel itself is quite nice. That said, consistent and reliable customer service is essential, and this experience left much to be desired.
