I enjoyed my stay at this property. We arrived before check in, was able to hang out in the lobby until our room was ready. Once getting to the room we realized the a/c & microwave did not work, someone came to look at it. It couldn’t be fixed, they put us in another room. Thank you Ramada

I was hoping since this is a main hotel For cruise passengers that they would have used all of that income to hire a good staff and ensure cleanliness. I was mistaken. When we arrived in our room, I took my shoes off and the floors were sticky. After walking to the bathroom and back my feet were actually black on the bottom. When we plugged in our alarm clock we had to get closer to the floor and the headboard, the area under the bed edges, and behind the bed was filthy. I noticed when the lights were turned out that the curtains had holes in them when light could come through and people could look in. I wondered if it was just my room, so I went to my mom’s room and found all the same things. My mother was so worried about sanitation that she slept on top of the covers. Overall we were all very disappointed. I think the office staff was great! The restaurant attached to the hotel was wonderful, it was close to port and very convenient to Walmart if your forgot to pack something. But the cleaning staff needs some real help.

The property was great. However, the shuttle driver who picked us up seemed more interested in the person he was face timing the entire drive to the hotel. He made very little effort to help us with our luggage, but he certainly was waiting for his tip. If it weren’t for another nice young man who was also on the shuttle; we would have struggled with our luggage. We should have given the tip to this man instead of the shuttle driver.
