We stayed here both before our cruise and after our cruise. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The free breakfast is very convenient. Walmart was a fast 5 minute Uber ride away. Lots of great food delivery options for lunch and dinner if you want to stay in. One downfall was on our return trip, the elevators were down due to a lightning storm (to no fault of their own.) We had 3 rooms and they accommodated my mother-in-laws disability and made sure she was on the first floor. Our other two rooms were on the 3rd and 4th floor. We did have to lug our luggage up and down the stairs but again this was to no fault of the hotel. I would rather walk the stairs than be stuck in an elevator because of a storm.

Our room was filthy and something flooded the room before we got there. You could tell they tried to clean it up before we got there but didn’t do a great job. Water seeping from the flooring. Mold growing like it wasn’t the first time. We did change rooms but they were still so dirty. Worst hotel experience!

We enjoyed the look of the hotel and the surrounding area.we were able to get out and enjoy a nice walk and and found several restaurants and a movie theater. The only thing that we didn’t care for was the out of order elevator and the one remaining elevator was very slow.

Not clean!

The room was dirty. Blood stained pillow case. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Microwave greasy and nasty.
