This property was convenient and very affordable! Rooms were clean and staff were welcoming and responsive to any requests. We’ve stayed at this hotel before and, once again, it didn’t disappoint! The location is perfect—very close to the parks, which makes everything super convenient. Family trip

I was pleasantly surprised at just how nice this property was. It is quiet and surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Although the pools are not to big they still didn't feel over crowded. The rooms were spacious with a nice screened in balcony and large bathroom with spa tub and walk in shower. Close drive to Universal Studios, Disney and Sea World with Disney Springs very close. Lots of optios for shopping and ding close by. Would definitely stay here again.

The room we had was extremely dated and pretty ugly. Very much in need of renovations. You have to turn the ceiling fan light on from the chain. The dressers and decor look like they are from the early 90s. The TVs were small and had big chunky old school remotes. Big wide brown headboard. The bed was a little too firm. Everything except the bathroom (and by bathroom I mean the private toilet room) was very clean but, it just screamed we need to be renovated. There were some trash bags sitting by our room in the hallway all night. Just wasn’t my vibe and I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was a lovely property. I don’t usually like public pools, but it was so clean and the kids were all so well behaved. We loved playing Bingo! Our unit was beautiful! Everything was so clean! Also things were so new I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the ice maker or the dishwasher! lol! The maintenance man came and turned on the ice makers. There were also plenty of towels and blankets! We loved it and will be back!

Upon arrival the hotel staff was nice & helpful. My room appeared fine but the oven didnt work properly. I tried to use it but it never reached the desired temperature. My last day as i was gathering my stuff there were 2 roaches in the sitting area of the kitchen. I told the front desk when i checked out, he apologized & said he will inform housekeeping. This property appeared to be a timeshare. Theres no way I would ever consider this place as a timeshare since it has roaches, nor would I stay there again.
