When I got to the hotel, they stated my reservation was cancelled by Travelocity. Travelocity confirms, they did not cancel my reservation. There was a large nascar race about three hours from this hotel and I am guessing the front desk sold it for more money than they would have made from my reservation. The front desk clerk would not meet me in the eye or even talk to me about my canceled reservation. I ended up staying three hours from the airport and paying over a thousand dollars for a one night stay. This was the worst hotel situation I have ever experienced and will never stay at this property or recommend it to anyone.

Check is was an issue. They had trouble finding the reservation. In the room the bathroom ceiling had a constant drip leak. The hallway was noisy in the middle of the night. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.
