The juice selection was from concentrated Frozen juices? Was watered down and tasted terrible waffle maker prior to opening had spilled all over the floor and all over the counter just was dirty clean and un sanitary, the cleaning staff was amazing and kind and provided extra wash clothes and soap that was not in the room shampoo conditioner the Hispanic husband and wife were amazing people at the front desk but was surrounded by unprofessional employees and just didn't take care of the customers I would put her name out here she would just rude and unprofessional and just needs to be retrained on how to deal that the customers always right and out there this place charge handicap parking and charge your fee of $15 a day Ezekiel Ellis it's against the wall to charge handicap drivers will not stay at this place again I suggest that you don't book here and allow people to lose their jobs and be retrained somewhere else or just get out of the hospitality business? You don't belong

Staff is wonderful pleasant helpful. Breakfast was average not any healthy choices. Room was clean. Pool area not up to par. Hot tub was not working and looked like it hadn’t for a while with yellow tape all over. Sitting area of pool, I sat in a chair and the whole back of it was broken which sent me backwards. Went to put drink on table and tabletop fell to the ground. If they fixed up the pool area with new furniture and fixed the hot tub it would be a great place to stay, because the staff there are wonderful.
