Everything! The staff was polite, professional and service oriented. The property has plenty of parking space, the location unbeatably great! The room was completely cleaned, the bed very well made. They made sure any toiletry was timely provided and their service was incredibly fast and I never saw a face and everything I requested was already in my room before I got there. Special thanks to Mr. Dalton for his incredible hospitality and service. He made this property be even better. Very personable, very professional! Look forward to booking more stays at this location in Irlo Bronson Hwy. Excellent for location, price and conditions!!! Will definitely be back soon!!!

I had to find staff in a back room when I arrived after waiting at the front desk to 30 minutes. I then get a room I did not book. Staff didn’t seem to care at all. Beds were as hard as concrete

Clean comfortable room with a working tv and fridge. The pool area was pleasant. The mini golf looked well kept (I did not play). It was good for the price, but the $25 resort fee seemed a bit much to me. If I were to stay again I would clarify all fees better in advance.

We had a great stay at the Ramada Kissimmee. It was convenient to get to all the parks, and we had no issues at all with services, in fact felt taken care of when we could check in after a redeye to catch some sleep before a day at Disney.

Room was a little rundown, tv did not work and we did not get regular cleaning in our room. We frequently had to call and ask for towels, even if staff had come in and made the beds, fresh towels were not always provided. Ice machine closest to the room did not work

All of the people working there were great. The place is old and painted over with hundreds of coats. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best. When I got there, they extorted more money out of me and it was too late at night to cancel the reservation. They call it a "resort fee." I call it a bait and switch. Plus, this place is hardly a resort. It is a rundown, old hotel.

I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast. The staff on the evening shift was beautiful exceptional. I truly enjoyed my vacation there. I would definitely stay here again. The price was well worth it.

Amenities are great, front desk staff very nice, store on property was convenient also a Walmart walkable next door, really only complaint is carpets could be either cleaned better or replaced and breakfast was mediocre often out of food, runny scrambled eggs
