When I made reservations, I inquired about leaving our vehicle at the hotel and getting a shuttle to the port for our cruise. When we checked in and I asked about paying the fees for the parking and shuttle was told that I should have called two weeks before we arrived to schedule it. NOBODY TOLD ME OF THIS WHEN I MADE OUR RESEVATIONS!! I WILL DEFINATELY TELL EVERYONE I KNOW WHEN THEY MAKE THEIR CRUISE RESERVATIONS NOT TO STAY AT YOUR HOTEL! WHAT A WAY TO TREAT YOUR CHOICE4 PRIVLEDGES MEMBERS!!

Would not visit again. "Courtyard view" means music 24/7, loud families all hours of the night. Room size is nice. "Warm" water at best in shower. Loud neighbors. Staff was friendly. Be aware of travel sales guys bombarding you right when you arrive. Area of town that feels very run down and old.

So the room was fine bed and blankets were comfortable but was a tad dirts on the rugs the bathroom door wasn’t closing all the way and there was a Razor Blade hidden on the door frame going into the bathroom. The front desk people were super accommodating but I was blind sided by the 150 dollar Hold that they did not inform us on Expedia that was going on our card if other third party sites would inform the person that would be good

Check in took to long due to getting ignored my front desk clerk. They put us all the way in the back where there was sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot at midnight. Frig didn't ever get cold enough to cool drink. Did have good A.C. that cool the room pretty quick

Borderline average: The TV did not work. The cable wire was stripped, broken. Not attached to the wall. I didn't need a TV, so I used my iPhone instead all week. The bathroom sink stopper was stuck closed. It would not drain. Facilites had to come and pry the stopper off, just so the sink would drain. It wasn't fixed, but at least it drained. I was here on business. Checked in very late. I was in no mood to pack up and move to another room. I had to get to sleep for an early wake up call. Otherwise, the room, bed and shower were fine.

Tudo muito bom. O hotel é antigo, mas limpo e tudo funciona. Tem um Walmart colado no hotel, cafés e lanchonetes próximos. O hotel conta com frigobar e microondas, o que permite lanches mais baratos. Ótima localização.
