This was by far the worst hotel experience my family has ever had. The area felt unsafe, with people outside smoking weed and loud noise throughout the night. Parking was extremely limited, and the overall environment did not feel secure. The most alarming incident happened on the second night of our stay around 3 a.m. — there was loud, aggressive banging on our door. I immediately tried calling the front desk and security from the room phone for over 30 minutes with no answer. Out of desperation, I called from my personal phone, and only then did someone finally pick up. Because I couldn’t reach anyone for help, I had to call the police for assistance. This is a major safety concern. The fact that I couldn’t contact hotel staff during an emergency is unacceptable. After the horror of someone trying to break into our room we decided to cut our vacation short and checkout. The manager refused to refund us! I will never stay here again and strongly recommend others to avoid this hotel for their safety and peace of mind.

The room was clean and the staff gave us the best service. But the property needs maintenance, everything looks old and unsafe. We wanted to spend 3 nights there and we decided leave early. To much people, for a small pool, part of the water attractions were closed and the kids area looks old and dirty.

I booked a room for three days but checked out early and was incorrectly charged an additional $89 because a staff member did not process my checkout properly. I was told I would receive a refund for one day of parking and the resort fee, and I was even given paperwork confirming this. However, when I returned home, I saw that I was charged instead. On top of that, the staff at the front desk were extremely rude. This experience has been very disappointing, and I will never book with this hotel again.

They have great staff and too many options but I think that the need more security, They need more lighting, they have somewhat dark areas and they could put security cameras outside the buildings

DO NOT BOOK!

This hotel was not worth the price at all. There was a huge line to check in and the staff always had an attitude when asked any type of question for clarification due to undisclosed resort fees that they were charging us. When we got to our rooms after the long check in process, one of our rooms was extremely dirty and had not been touched besides making the bed which I doubt the sheets were actually cleaned. The floors were dirty with dirt, the floor tiles were seperated and were dangers for our child to walk on. The walls had some type of sauce on it. They didn't even provide dish soap to clean the dishes after use. I have stayed at many different hotels in the orlando area and this is by far one of the worst experiences I have had. Not worth the price even with the water park.

This stay was horrible. They didnt have internet and i have Verizon and it wasnt working at this resort. Tge front desk clerk had a nasty attitude when we asked about the internet. Could you imagine going on vacation with 4 kids and no wifi for the entire trip? Im a nursing student, i had homework due so i had to cut my trip short in order to turn my homework in on time. I will never stay here again
