Can’t complain too much because it was so affordable… The only on site food available was the pizza and ice cream. No one was able to staff the burger, Mexican, and Asian places while we were there. Housekeeping left our door cracked open which was accessible to the street, the lifeguards wouldn’t let the kids play on the splash pad until noon, and the timeshare staff were harassing us -literally yelling at us down the hallway. “Not interested” means STOP asking.

Food options are extremely overpriced. 24.99 pp for breakfasts? Pool towels need to be replaced, hard towels. Walking corridors need to be pressure clean the floor is disgustingly dirty. Kitchen grout needs to be replaced, signs of mold. Floors need a good cleaning they feel dirty when you walk on them. Beds were GREAT and super comfortable.

our room was very clean and spacious. I liked the marketplace and enjoyed the arcade. the waterpark was really nice but i thought it became very crowed and unsafe on Saturday because there were so many people in the pool that you basically just had to stand in one spot.

Horrible place to stay now.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. This time service was horrible. They changed the area you check in. I was promised 2 rooms, was told had to wait because they were not ready, they would call/text me when ready. Never received a call/text. Left to get dinner, checked on room when getting back...rooms were ready. They give my promised rooms to someone else. Was promised to get reimbursed for the wait. Did not get reimbursed what was promised. This hotel has really gone downhill. Don't recommend

The pool interaction for da kids engagement, paying for parking but having nowhere to park, construction taking place, not receiving a receipt at check-in, my loud neighbor kid could be heard clearly, over crowded, no ice machine in sight. Overall it wasn’t the experience I expected.

We spent over 3 hours total to get checked in. Then had to wait for our room key. By the time we got to our room our first day was over and it was essentially a waste of a whole night that we paid for. Not to mention the capacity is soooo large they frequently shut down the pool Bc of lack of cleanliness.
