We had to move rooms because we had no hot water. They charged us more money for incidentals sine we booked through Travelocity. They charge us $70 when we checked in then later another $90 with nothing being said when we checked in. The bus to the parks was horrible, a window was shattered and there is something wrong that made it extremely loud.

Hotel overall was good. Breakfast was Terrible. Waffles took a really really long time. The pool was nice but the area around pool was full of bugs and very large Beatles that swarmed you. Black large animals coming out from the bushes around chairs. Hard to relax. Room was great!…. Except pillows really were no low point. They were so small and flat. Sleeping on air. The comfort of the beds did not match the look and feel of the hotel. You would expect to have luxury as with everything else but the beds just didn’t make the cut. Staff was great! The Rooms are big and comfy. And water was always hot.
