One of the best hotels I stayed at. And I barely like to stay at hotels but this particular hotel goes above and beyond. I’m including the entire staff. Very welcoming and professional. They really care about you and your family having a pleasant time being there.. truly 6 stars if you ask me 😁

We arrived late and checked out the next morning so we didn't see much of the property. Having free parking and free breakfast was very convenient. And the location is great. Close to Disney property and close to a target and fats food/coffee. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly as well. The only downfall was you could hear everything from your room. All night/morning we heard everyone who walked by the room making it hard to fall/stay asleep. Would stay there again for short stays only.

Business trip for The Summit

The staff were very friendly. Please change the pillows, they were hinestly horrible and we could have used 3 each. Possibly more fruit variation at breakfast. I would definitely say to offer many more frequent bus times to the parks, I picked this hotel with that as a main reason and ended up just driving and paying for parking at the parks because the times weren't convenient. Other then thise items, great stay and so glad your employees were so nice!
