Great place. Nice and clean. A lovely heated pool. Love the free breakfast as this was a bonus to start the day! One drawback was the sofa bed it wasn’t very comfortable. Awesome customer service support!

Front desk staff Jesus was incredibly kind. We got in late and he was so helpful. We requested extra pillows and he had them sent to our room. The accessible room we needed was waiting for us even though we got in very late. Thank you - we would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was awesome, parking at $20 was way overpriced and silly honestly because there was so much open space there. Just put it in the cost of the room if you must. The room was great, the pull-out bed needed a new mattress but other than that the stay was great. Close to WDW, easy drive, people were friendly and helpful!

The room was clean and spacious. Staff was wonderful and informative. Only concern is if you are sound sensitive, you may want to ask for a room on the west side of the building. On the east side, you can hear fireworks from the theme parks at night and the trash trucks at 5:30 every morning.

Need better quality coffee and more healthy options like vegetables and green salad ; need more fruits and real hard boil eggs instead of scrambled ; guest restroom on main floor doesn’t lock so someone came in while I was on the toilet; parking fee was not disclosed prior to booking so that was not transparent to the consumer ; I don’t think it’s fair to charge for parking as most hotels include parking especially in suburban locations
