It was ok, though they need bit of maintenance work in the restrooms and cleanliness could also have been better. They won’t make up your room unless being told. Also, the elevator was super jerky and out of order a lot of times. The room window was also stuck so no fresh air which was a major turn off at a few points. Nevertheless, the staff was nice.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clermont was a great stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the property is well-kept and very clean, and the breakfast offered a nice variety of good choices. Overall, an amazing property that’s clearly well cared for—would definitely stay here again!
