Due to the construction the nails were not properly secured into the wall. Cutting my husbands arm. The carpet in the room was soaked due to the ac unit. You can hear everything inside the room - everyone in the pool, people speaking and every time a door was closed.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Showers need to be updated. Water pressure and temperature were poor. Shower water is extremely hot to dangerous levels. There is only one elevator for the whole building. More options for breakfast would be awesome.

We have a lot problem with the water in the shower water was extremely hot we call the service for resolve the problem but they never fix the problem. The food was good and service especial the guy christian he try to resolve the problem but the the problem continues with no cold water.

The amenities were great. The pools and hot tub being open til 10 were a plus. Everything was mostly clean. TV had no signal but not a big deal. Walls were very thin and not very sound proof, but not too loud. The theme park shuttles are a bit limited with times, but I would definitely visit again. Area shuttles were a nice luxury rather than walking to every pool across the property.
