Very nice staff, complimentary breakfast was amazing, a 2 queen bed and pull out couch room was a good size for a family of 5..lots of streaming children, but that one is not on the hotel.

The stay was great, however house keeping didn’t follow through with replacing towels and toilet paper every other day. I had to go to the front desk several times to ask for towels and toilet paper. I still very much enjoyed staying here, and will more than likely continue booking at this location.

This is a very nice hotel on Disney land but not a Disney resort. Breakfast is included and it has a lot of options! Here you are only ten to fifteen minutes from all the Disney Parks and literally across the street from the Disney College Program apartments. Added to the price of the room will be a parking fee for each day. There is plenty of parking and this fee seems so unnecessary. They need to change the price of their rooms and lose the parking fee. Housekeeping forgot us. They refresh rooms every other day but only did ours once on day 4 of a five day stay. Overall, it was a great stay.

Very pleased with our recent short stay . Staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. Rooms and entire property were very clean and had a lot of nice amenities. Large rooms for families traveling with a lot of kids or luggage. Kitchen area was perfect. And nice restaurant on property and coffee shop . Beautiful room with full kitchen and amazing sunset view! Friendly staff and management. Breakfast was over the top with options to choose from! My favorite part... the pool, tempature controlled giant pool with a hot tub and direct access to the gym, arcade, and Flamingos bar and grill!! Overall great stay and the free shuttle service to the parks as well as near by stores made it convenient to purchase anything you may need! 10 out of 10 will be staying here again!
