Perfect stay (as usual!)

I love staying at the Swan and Dolphin, although this is my first at the Swan. Just as the Dolphin, service was outstanding. All employees were courteous and friendly. Anjuli was the one who took care of me while I was doing check-in. I asked her if I could get a room close to the elevator as I had been traveling all day and was extremely exhausted. That’s exactly what she did!!! Thanks Anjuli. Not only that, I had forgotten my watch charger and she helped me locate one at the Dolphin hotel sundries store. Everyone else was the same. Went over to the Dolphin for a drink the two nights as I was there and all the bartenders at the lobby bar were really good! First time I don’t regret having ordered a drink because it was too much, or little to no alcohol. The two nights I went in, they were perfect! You want a perfect stay! You can never go wrong with these two hotels, Swan and Dolphin!

The Swan is a beautiful property, but they charge an exorbitant fee to park in the parking lot. Other Disney properties do not charge this fee, so it doesn't make sense for the Swan to do so. Also, the food at the Italian restaurant is mediocre, but it has upscale pricing. Chain restaurants have better Italian food.
