The lobby was nice. The room was basic. The WiFi never worked for us. They had timeshare sales people the aggressively pursued us after checkin. Cleaning happened when we asked but they didn’t refill our tissues or give us more soap or shampoo. Checkout we had to ask for a receipt which I thought was weird. Overall the location was great, I liked the shuttle service to Disney but the room was unimpressive. Not sure what I paid resort fees for.

I’ve stayed at this property many times and I always enjoy it, the only thing I did not like was waiting til 5 for my room to be ready. I had to wait over an hour on previous trips aswell. I wish rooms would be ready at 4 which is check in time. When I asked the lady at check in why it wasn’t ready by 4 she said it’s around 4, but check out is 11 not around 11. Other than that always enjoy my stay.

The hotel is old. You can hear people walking in the hallway. Very small shampoos/ conditioners. Only one restaurant by the pool. Good shuttle to the parks. Customer service at the guest desk was fabulous. Very helpful
