Loved his close we were to boardwalk & EPCOT. Dining options were good as were lounges. Even though we’re did still feel like we were in a Disney hotel, it wasn’t overridden with children. Room was outdated. There were heavy dark curtains, but no lighter sheer ones. So, when getting ready in am and evening we had to close the heavy curtains, which made it very, very, very dark in the room. Overall would stay again for sure.

I am not sure if it's just my room. But my room was noisy. I kept hearing noises near the door. It kept me awake at night. I only stayed for 2 nights.So I just grinned and beared it. The shuttle bus took us to the back of Disney Springs to be dropped off. Where we were subjected to security screening. If you came in from the front, either you drive yourself or came on a shuttle bus from a Disney Resort, you weren't screened. I'm not sure why its like that. The room it was really clean and the hotel was great. But with the noise and shuttle situation. I just don't think I'll be staying there again.

The stay was great with 2 exceptions... No place to get a bloody Mary or glass of wine in a Saturday morning..... Also the staff did not know how to get to places on the property. If we didn't have our GPS on our phone we would have had difficulty. Your team needs to understand this

Very nice option

Very helpful staff. Beautiful location. Easy walk to so much, including Epcot, eating and all kinds of sites. Only cons would be the resort fee per day and the shuttle to the parks at night was very slow. I waited over 50 minutes and gave up on that evening.

The Dolphin is a great place for couples to stay. We were on the 11th floor and it was so quiet. We were upgraded to a king room near the elevator for our 7 night stay. The Friendship boats are an amazing addition to travel to the parks and we used the hotel buses to go to Disney Springs. Wonderful time with the huge pool area. We have stayed before and we will be back!

Service was amazing. Everybody we interacted with was so nice, friendly and helpful. Hotel offered free shuttle to the Disney parks which was great. We would have loved to see more eco-friendly / sustainable options incorporated in the hotel practices, as well as more organic and healthy options for the breakfast buffet.
