Designed for riders, trainers, owners, and families competing at WEC, this three-bedroom, two-bath home offers space, privacy, and the practical comforts that matter during show season.

The Space

In-home laundry (essential during competition weeks)
A fully equipped kitchen for flexible meal schedules

The home features an open living area, decorative fireplace, restyled kitchen, and thoughtfully arranged bedrooms designed for real-life horse show schedules.

Swiss Stables offers four private residences across the property, making it ideal for extended families, trainers, or barn groups who want proximity while maintaining privacy.

Sleeping Arrangements
Primary suite with luxurious king bed and spa-style en suite bath featuring a soaking garden tub and separate shower
Second bedroom with a queen bed
Third bedroom with two twin beds
All sleeping areas are equipped with blackout curtains to ensure restful sleep before early morning classes or after late nights at the Grand Arena.
A second full bathroom includes a combined tub and shower.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen includes:
Electric range, refrigerator, and dishwasher
Coffee maker with starter coffee
Pots, pans, knives, blender, toaster
Mixing bowls and measuring tools
Complete dishware, glassware, and silverware

Parking & Access
Guests enter through a private gated entrance. Parking for two vehicles is included, with additional space available. We accommodate larger vehicles, trailers, and show rigs upon request.
