The living area features tasteful décor, plush seating, and a flat-screen TV for evenings in. The kitchen is fully equipped with a granite island, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials to cook with ease.
Each bedroom offers comfortable beds (king, queen, full), crisp linens, and calming accents. The bathrooms feature walk-in showers, elegant fixtures, and stylish mirrors for a refreshing, spa-like feel.

âą Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and approval. Unapproved late check-outs will incur a fee.

âą Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight.
âą Additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance.
âą Unauthorized guests/visitors will incur a fee of $80 per person (overnight or daytime).
âą No more than 4 cars allowed without prior approval.
âą Guests have full access to the property.
âą Guests are responsible for restocking essentials (soap, toilet paper, etc.) once the complimentary starter items are used.
đ Guest Expectations
Our goal is to provide you with a 5-star experience during your stay. This means you wonât have to worry about chores at checkoutâwe will take care of the cleaning. Please relax and enjoy your time here.
Ground Rules for Home Guests, guests are responsible if the property needs more than just a normal cleaning after your stay. Examples include, but are not limited to:
âą Cleanliness: The home should not be left requiring deep or excessive cleaning (e.g., large piles of dirty dishes, food left out, stained carpets, pet messes).
âą Litter: Trash should be placed in designated bins. Excessive garbage left around the home is not allowed.
âą Damage: Any damage beyond normal wear should be reported to the host as soon as possible. Guests are responsible for costs of repair or extra cleaning if needed.
In such cases, additional cleaning fees may apply.

âą This is a shoeless home. Please remove shoes indoors to maintain cleanliness.
âą Porch lights are on an automatic timer from dusk to dawn.
đ Smoking
âą No smoking, vaping, marijuana, e-cigarettes, or any kind of smoking inside the home or within 15 ft of doors/windows.
âą A $500+ fee applies for odor removal/cleaning, plus liability if smoke causes cancellations. đïžTrash day Friday morning.
Our team normally takes the bins out on Thursday evening and returns them after pickup.
If youâre staying for a longer period, please feel free to take the bins out on Thursday afternoon

âą Pets must be approved in advance.
âą Not allowed on beds, couches.âą Pets must never be left alone or unattended inside the home.
âą Guests must clean up after their pets.
âą A designated outdoor pet relief area is providedâplease ensure pets use this space.
âą Any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning will result in a fee.
âą Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 penalty.

âą Respect neighbors by keeping voices and music low.
âą No loud noise after 8 PM.
âą Parties and events (including family gatherings and birthday parties) are allowed on site; maximum attendees: 10.

âą Keep all furniture indoors.
âą Lift heavy items instead of dragging to prevent damage.

Mid-stay light cleaning (required for stays over 15 days, at no extra cost):
Our team will perform a light service to keep everything fresh: fresh linens and duvet covers, clean towels, and a bathroom refresh. Weâll coordinate a convenient time with you.

âą Upholstery cleaning (sofas, chairs, mattresses, carpets): from $150 each

âą Clean linens may be in the washer/dryer; please set aside before use.
âą Wash white towels separately; use provided stain remover before drying if needed.
âą Microfiber cloths are provided for light cleaning needs.

âą Use hot pads for countertops and tables (provided).
âą Plants are maintained by the hostâplease do not water them.
đ Internet
âą Wi-Fi is provided. Please use responsiblyâno illegal or abusive use.
đ ïž Owner Access
âą The host or designated personnel may access the property for maintenance, landscaping, repairs, cleaning, or inspection.
âą We will always provide notice and schedule access at the least disruptive times.
đŠ Forgotten Items
âą Guests are responsible for personal belongings.
âą Weâll gladly return items, but guests must cover shipping and handling costs.
đ Liability & Agreement
By booking, guests agree to release and indemnify the host from damages, costs, or losses resulting from non-compliance with these rules. Charges may apply for:
