Got charged. Double for my room deposit got charged once when I checked in and then was charged the same amount again when I checked out instead of refunding me the deposit I called the front desk. They said they would email me proof that they only charged me once but I could see it right on my credit card statement that they charge me twice. Not very happy with this. The front desk staff was not very helpful when I called. This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel and I am not very happy with it now. Probably will be staying at another hotel next time

The room was good but I am now having a problem with getting charged double for my deposit. I got charged my deposit on the day I checked in and then I got charged again the same amount on the day I checked out so they doubled the deposit instead of refunding the deposit back. I called the front desk of the hotel and they just kept telling me that they only charged me for the first deposit, not the second. I could see it on my card statement that they charged me double. They did not want to help. Said they would send me an email. It's showing that they only charged me once. Never received the email and I'm not getting any help with this. This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel. Never had problems until now. Not very happy .

The location was great, just a minute walk from Bricktown. However, the room felt unkempt and I literally had to wipe off the table before setting my food down. My stay was decent, but definitely could have been better.
