Facility was great and 99 percent of employees were as well. The night bartender on Feb 18 was awful. Busy night and I guess he was overwhelmed. TWICE I stood in line and was completely ignored and couldn’t even get eye contact while first in line. A backup girl ended up taking pity on me and taking my order the first time. The second time, after working my way to the front in a long line, he again didn’t make eye contact, and as I stepped up, he left. Walked out of the bar entirely without saying anything. I waited five minutes, then walked to my room and called it a night. I do not remember a time in my life that I was so blatantly ignored and embarrassed. I do not know why and I will not speculate, but I will not put myself in that spot again in that bar.

You made my son's birthday amazing.

We came to celebrate my son's 9th birthday by getting a suite and playing board games all day. The room was overall amazing. There was a noticeable stain on part of the sectional couch and the make-up remover cloth in the bathroom looked like a previous guest had used it and then put it back, but those were small issues compared to the overall fantastic experience. The Manager's Reception was excellent, with brilliant and attentive service from the bartender and bar manager on duty. Breakfast was AMAZING! I had a wonderfully fluffy waffle, my wife had a massive delicious omelet, and my son and daughter had powdered French toast. The chef was incredibly friendly and impressively quick with our orders. We devoured every bite and waddled happily back to our rooms to take the most luxurious showers we have ever had in a hotel (water pressure and hot water for DAYS). I was shocked and overjoyed to find that the Youtube app was on the television, allowing us to log into our own account and watch videos with no buffering at all thanks to the high-speed internet connection. I wish more hotels would follow your lead on that, it goes a long way towards making life easier for those with young children. Everyone we interacted with was in a noticeably good mood and happy, making my family feel welcome and comfortable (that is a very important quality that speaks highly of the caliber of employees and managers on staff). We plan to make staying at this hotel a regular family event.
